Holy shit-- after watching that interview, I definitely think this Breitbart had something to do with O'Keefe's crime.
He seems like an unstable moron, and his denial was standard issue "adamant lie".

MSNBC is spanking Shuster for his "inappropriate tweets" re: O'Keefe...
http://www.huffingtonpos...ster-inapp_n_440659.html
"...MSNBC says one of its anchors, David Shuster, went too far in criticizing conservative filmmaker James O'Keefe for his alleged attempt to tamper with Senator Mary Landrieu's phones."
There has never been more incentive to be a raging jack-ass.

Breitbart, in his performance, has taken a page out of Mein Kampf wherein Adolf Hitler wrote:
“[A]ll effective propaganda must be limited to a very few points and must harp on these slogans until the last member of the public understands what you want him to understand...propaganda [has] to be continuous and unvarying in its message. It should never admit a glimmer of doubt in its own claims, or concede the tiniest element of right in the claims of the other side.” [Emphasis added].

I like the look on Breitbart's face when Shuster goes into the stuff about the private detective, documents, etc. "Stunned" doesn't quite do it justice.

There is definitely something of a "focused- psychotic-with-no-listening-kills" vibe about this guy. I am alarmed that people like him may even now may be reproducing themselves to show up at the next "Political Meeting Near YOU!"
I have to admit I remain in a state of awe and confused disbelief imagining how Breitbart's mind works and in what manner he summons up his florrid sarcasm and predictable talking points. If this is the new face of political discourse in our country, please help me.

O'Qweef needs Andrew Beerfart because he is his source of wingnut welfare. I would sure like to know the source of that funding. Is it from Mortie Blackwell?
Is there an investigative report that lays all of this funding out by tracing it back to the main source?
It's the same old "follow the money" routine.

Look at this clip of Breitbart:
http://www.youtube.com/w...;feature=player_embedded
At one time, KOOK's like Breitbart would be ostracized by the mainstream media and labeled what they are: fringe KOOK radicals. Now they're on TV.
How about this: he's DUMB. There, I said it. He's DUMB. Watch that clip above, when an intelligent black man hands dummy Breitbart his ass.
People like Breitbart make fools of themselves when speaking with intelligent people who don't agree with them. They flourish when they get to speak on FOX "news" unchallenged.

I couldn't listen to more than a couple minutes of this BS.
He made a complete ass out of himself, why don't programs like this cut microphones OFF when some lunatic keeps spewing some Reich wing propaganda while flatly refusing to answer ANY question.
They should ask the question and if within 5 seconds all you get is propaganda you cut the mic until they shut up they ask again.
If they are incapable of answering the question then cut them off and move on to someone that isn't a lying POS.

That's pretty good BD, I think Beerfart is in the closet as a pederast myself.
He also says he was a liberal at one time but there can be no way a person can join the party of greedy fucking money grubbers without losing your moral compass. I just can't believe he believes the shit that comes out of his own mouth.
I heard him say on the end of your vid that David Ehrenstein was the person who coined the phrase "Barack the magic knee grow", I'll have to ask him about that the next time I see him post on C&L.

I don't know if Brad's going to tell you, but MSNBC has reprimanded Shuster: http://newsbusters.org/b...itbart-forces-retraction
I also noticed that Shuster brought Media Matters on after Andy was cut off and no longer able to respond.
I thought only 13 year old girls did that.
Breitbart correctly said MSNBC has gotten billions of stimulus (a.k.a. taxpayer) money.
MSNBC is owned by GE and GE received billions of money for "green innovations" and government deals for environmental issues. GE also received alot of "insider" guarantees for future environmental contracts.
And let's see, wasn't obama intimately connected with ACORN? Why, yes he was.
But, gosh, you can't let facts make the pursestrings look bad, eh?

I'm so glad I'm no longer exposed to U$ TV (since 1990!). I can't imagine being subjected to exposure to the likes of Blusterbrat on a regular basis - talk about losing your mind! [Beerfart is cute, but it libels beer, Big Dan!] I just wish I were that dumb and pugnacious, to the point where someone would pay me for it. America! Wake the fuck up! Struthious ain't hip!

#19 That comment on billions of money for "green innovations" begs for some follow up.
A wind farm using GE turbines was built in ME with stimulus funds. It was illegal as the money was to go to wind farms already online. The wind farm is named StetsonII . Harvard University has bought into it. The corporation building it has ties to Larry Summers.Harvard is crazy about Summers after all of his expert economic advice on investing. Something smells here.

Statement Of Conversion:
the speaker says "I used to believe in X".
This is simply a weak form of asserting expertise. The speaker is implying that he has learned about the subject, and now that he is better informed, he has rejected X. So perhaps he is now an authority, and this is an implied Argument From Authority.
A more irritating version of this is "I used to think that way when I was your age." The speaker hasn't said what is wrong with your argument: he is merely claiming that his age has made him an expert.
"X" has not actually been countered unless there is agreement that the speaker has that expertise. In general, any bald claim always has to be buttressed.
For example, there are a number of Creationist authors who say they "used to be evolutionists", but the scientists who have rated their books haven't noticed any expertise about evolution.

There is an endless parade of folks like breitbart - the media manufactures them from wanna-bes that seize an opportunity for attention.
The real problem is the mainstream media - even if breitbart succeeded in permanently discrediting himself (which will be hard given the way the mainstream media props him up), there will immediately be another to take his place.

Love your hair.
Looked at the first of your Acorn videos.
Not quite as you represented it.
You're losing credibility with a Lasagna.
Don't know if that matters to you but there are not an infinite number of Italian dishes out here reading this stuff.

O'keefe has his say to the matter... On Andrews site!
On reflection, I could have used a different approach to this investigation, particularly given the sensitivities that people understandably have about security in a federal building. The sole intent of our investigation was to determine whether or not Senator Landrieu was purposely trying to avoid constituents who were calling to register their views to her as their Senator. We video taped the entire visit, the government has those tapes, and I’m eager for them to be released because they refute the false claims being repeated by much of the mainstream media.
More here
False claims like,
"For the purpose of interfering with the office's telephone system. The individuals did so by falsely and fraudulently representing that the [sic] were employees of a telephone company."
What a tool...

Nunya @ #16:
You know, I've been wondering why no one has a show where they score the blathering heads' responses, sort of like a high-school debate. Ask some questions, give him two minutes to respond to each, and, at the end of the show, score him for both answering the questions and truthfulness.
I'm sure Breitbart would land in the Hall of Shame.

Shuster gets low grades for that interview.
He allowed Breitbart to control much of it with deflection, obfuscation and dominating the discussion. A more seasoned reporter would have had Breitbart for lunch...
Shuster gets a D+ for that hack job interview..Even with the terrible job Shuster did, Breitbart still looked guilty as hell.

COMMENT #14 ... Big Dan said ... Look at this clip of Breitbart: (Realtime w/Maher)
The body language was interesting in that clip. Initially when BB was talking to Maher he leaned in toward Maher but when Dyson began to speak to him (BB) he leaned to the side away from Dyson and the back and then seemed to move his bhair back and then started moving around as if he was trying to get up and shake Dyson off. LOL. I wonder if it was the criticism he was uncomfortable with or that he was sitting next to a black man.
Dyson also touched BB; I wonder if BB burned his cloths when he got back home

Anyone wishing to understand better WHY numbnuts like BlatherBart (nothin' 'bright' about him) could even get an interview let alone a job on national tv wld do well to check into the books by Morris Berman. He's written a bunch-I first stumbled across his work in the 1980s, a book called coming to Our Senses, a fascinating contemplation on bodymind and the takeover by dominant power structures of evolutionary movements. Quite spiritual and somatic. His later works: Twilight of the American Mind, give a deeper analysis of the intellectual pit we find ourselves in. Go to Amazon & read the reviews. They will be helpful if you don't have time ( ) to read the books. But if you do indulge yourselves, you'll be somewhat more depressed at the confirmation of what you already KNOW (we're pretty much over the cliff) but no longer wondering if YOU'RE crazy. You're not. Esp if you read BradBlog, you have figured it out: we have met the enemy and they is us. Sad but true. Keep on keepin' on fellow travellers. OK, time for my next nap. It being 2am and all... Blessings! Sophia
