Wow. All our favourite stereotypes of Idaho turn out to have some basis in fact...

I was hoping for something beautiful that would defy stereotypes and preconcieved notions, words of clarity and wisdom that would inspire an epiphany in me and lead to wondrous productivity for the betterment of humanity. Nope, didn't happen. That made cartoon caricatures look good like the most flattering of portraits.

One has to wonder if this is another episode of a ploy to make the establishment figures look better than they really are.

In fact, the reason those two dudes were there was because the incumbent Gov. Otter (the one second from the right), wanted them there to help split the vote of the Tea Party dude on the far right (the one that's a dead ringer for Dan Akroyd).
