Devastatingly disgusting.
It's reached the point where I am angry that this predatory liar and charlatan is one of my choices for White House occupier.
In the eyes of foreigners, we Americans are all clowns now.

Brad, I suspect you get your news from sources as blatantly partisan as you are. See all those millions of little scratchy things around your eyes? That's called sand. Pull your head out of it.

@Brad:
I've been breathing a bit easier after reading this article in Time last week but specifically this quote.
"In all of its counties, Ohio has paper records for all votes, including for machines that tally votes electronically. The paper records can be inspected by voters to ensure their votes have been accurately cast and can be audited after the fact to provide a backup to the electronic tally. That means any recount in Ohio should be free of the mess that engulfed Florida with its hard-to-read butterfly ballots in 2000."
But before getting ahead of myself I thought I'd ask for your opinion on the above and whether you believe it's accurate or not since you should know better than anyone.

I don't know why wingers can't understand that pretending to care is even worse than doing nothing at all. This is shameful. But obviosly the man has no shame. Listen to the audio- dude doesn't know how to SOUND caring, because it is not in his nature. All evidence points to a man completely lacking in empathy. But we're the ones with our heads in the sand, right?
Riiiiiiight...

Here, Steve, deny this one--Romney lied about Jeep sending all their production to China. The auto industry has repeatedly responded that this is untrue. Romney's response? He doubles down and puts ever more of the same lying bullshit out there.
Okay, Steve, I teed it up for you there, you little denialist you. So go ahead, tell us that that isn't true, either. I dare you.

Okay. I'll bite. Lying about clean dishes at a soup kitchen, and faking food donations to Sandy victims, I guess, is okay with you. So what I am missing? Got any specifics for me?
(You can watch this while you're deciding)

No. Sorry. That article is not accurate. Read this to get an idea why. Refers to electronic machines with those same paper trails, but in Chicago. They work (or, don't) the same way as the ones in Ohio.

Wow Brad, that's unbelievable. Someone made a "Romney Exposed" video and put it on youtube.com... and of course you eat it up, buy every word. I'm not even going to waste my time with that, just as I won't waste my time with any of the "Obama Exposed" videos, which are plentiful on youtube.
A political philosophy which adheres to the arrogant and elitist presumption that everyone who disagrees with you, on any issue, is lying defines "head in the sand".....
David, I think you're beyond hope but I'll try again. I have never said Romney hasn't lied about anything. It's incredibly simplistic to assume he has lied about anything. And it's incredibly partisan to never put in any effort to point out Obama lies of which there are many. I believe it's one of the reasons thinkprogress.org finds this site to be an exercise in Conspiracy propaganda...

I believe it was at this none-campaign event Mr Mitt Mendacidy said;
"We're counting on Ohio," Romney continued. "I know the people of the Atlantic Coast are counting on Ohio and the rest of our states, but I also think the people of the entire nation are counting on Ohio because my guess is, my guess is if Ohio votes me in as President, I'll be the next president of the United States.

Windnutsteve, I'm not sure why Brad and David "waste their time with you." If any one of us went to a Republican site and spewed what you do we wouldn't last beyond one comment.
I don't even read your comments nor the response to you-tonight being an exception of course.

Um, the words are ROMNEY's, Steve. If you don't "buy" them, then which ones? When he was for abortion rights or against them? When he was for attacking Iran or against it? When he was for gun bans or against them? The list goes on forever. So which of those words do you buy and which ones don't you?
I'm not even going to waste my time with that, just as I won't waste my time with any of the "Obama Exposed" videos, which are plentiful on youtube.
I see. So you'll not bother answering my simple question. " So what I am missing? Got any specifics for me?"
Got it, I've got "sand in my eyes", but you can't tell me, specifically, what I am not seeing. If I wasn't so dumb, I'd think you're pulling shit out of your ass again, Steve-o.
A political philosophy which adheres to the arrogant and elitist presumption that everyone who disagrees with you, on any issue, is lying defines "head in the sand".....
A commenter who makes shit up with a strawman argument that never existed, and then beats it down by declaring arrogance and elitism (with no evidence for that either) has no argument nor political philosophy to begin with.
Congratulations on another fail, Steve. It's become your trademark around here. If I were you, I'd go find Davey Crocket and get him to post in your only hopes of not looking like the dumbest dude on the blog.

Steve,
If by "beyond hope" you mean beyond hope of being sucked into your neverending bullshit mountain narratives, yeah, I hope so. I tried for a real long fucking time to have a sensible, reasonable give and take with both you and Crockett. But you guys have chosen a side apparently ruled by people who believe in creating their own reality and mocking everyone else's. That's about as obnoxious as it gets. If you wanna go that way, that's your lookout, but you have no credibility anymore. I'm tired of your shit. The kind of ignorance you display almost every time you comment here and how proud you are of it are beyond the pale. I'll keep pointing that out whenever I see it appearing again and feel like bothering.

David, you told me two years ago or so that I should get ass raped to see how it feels. What was my crime to get that sort of attack? I stated that a woman shouldn't toss the term rape out so nonchalantly. That her comparing getting breitbarted, no matter how much that may suck, to getting raped trivializes women who have to deal with actually having been raped. That was your response to me. That was one of the few times Brad has enforced his own rules against someone attacking me personally. The comment's still there, you could look it up. Just search the site for breitbart, and woman feels like she was raped. So forgive me if I laugh at your "I tried for a long fucking time blahblahblah." That comment is laughable...

Don't overlook the aftermath of Ryan's soup kitchen photo op. When the head of the soup kitchen tried to remain nonpartisan by telling the truth that Ryan's campaign did not have permission to be there and did no actual work, Republicans retaliated by organizing a donation boycott for the soup kitchen. The Red Cross learned the lesson and is going out of its way not to criticize Romney for his fake support.

My wife is a school teacher and 5th graders watch a kids version of CNN news. In yesterday's broadcast, CNN reported to kids that "both candidates" had stopped campaigning to help hurricane victims. Romney's fake event was presented as real to the children, even though CNN's own website reports the same things you are reporting here...

Steve,
I assume you're referring to the post from November 2010? The one about the New Jersey special ed teacher who got breitbarted?
This AGAIN demonstrates why it's not possible to have meaningful dialogue with you. You make shit up when you feel like it, you get the story wrong, you attribute stuff to people that they didn't say, and then when called on it you never acknowledge that you screwed up. Please show me that I'm wrong and apologize for being wildly off the mark here.
I made two comments to you in the comment section there. There is nothing remotely like what you attribute(with attitude) to me. There IS a comment from someone else that is probably what you are referring to. But my name is not Kenneth Fingeret. To my knowledge this is the first time anyone has confused me with Kenneth Fingeret. How do you do that?
In short you are a completely unreliable reporter who is constantly making making mistakes and never taking responsibility for them.
Here's the link for anyone who wants to check out Steve's version of reality-

WingnutSteve's ad hominem response to Brad's factual reporting calls to mind some tongue-in-cheek advice I'd once heard from one of my law professors:
"If the facts are with you, argue the facts.
"If the law is with you, argue the law.
"If you have neither, attack your opponent."
