Your double standard is not mine. I did not call for Imus to be fired. As to the protection of a 1995 song under the "free speech" clause of the amendment, I'm not sure what a call to the DoJ would tell us (as you suggested). If you have a constitutional scholar/attorney who has a viewpoint on the topic, I'd be more than happy to see it.
