A few comments from the various topics covered in today's show:

About the shooting in Houston: I know that area of Houston. It's basically upper middle class, with not much going on. If it really was terrorism, he would have done it somewhere else. So, I think the guy was just crazy.

About nukes: I am under the impression that we don't want Iran to have nukes because they are unstable actors. Same goes with why we especially have a problem with North Korea. I find it ironic that we go through all the effort to prevent the wrong people from getting nukes, yet someone like Trump has something like a 50/50 shot.

It was Tuesday's Democracy Now special that had Jill Stein edited in to select portions of the Clinton/Trump debate. I thought it was an interesting idea, but ultimately just sad. It felt too alt left.

My take on the debate was that though Clinton did less worse than Trump, neither candidate did well.
I think we should have a national write in vote for "None of the Above". Not that I'm a Brewster's Millions fan, but I think this year is the most applicable year for such a vote.
