I'd like to know why the AMERICAN CITIZENS cannot request to have the FBI subpoena ballots from FL and OHIO 2004 debacle??Isn't there anything WE can do to DEMAND JUSTICE FOR US??
Why can't WE launch a citizens classaction suit to find out the truth??We ALL know they STOLE TWO ELECTIONS,so now that some attention is being focused on a few suspicious incidents,when will we have a chance to expose the most corrupt states of all,FL and OHIO??This is an outrage,if we let them get by without fighting for the truth in these two corrupt states,what good will it do to check out a small amount of votes,and excuse the fraud of thousands of disenfranchised voters elsewhere?

For now, Florida is completely under control of the neocon mafia. That may change soon.

The FBI or prosecutors don't have much access with Florida currently....its pretty closed down 'mafia' territory.

As I said that is expected to change.....And Ohio, they have already done everything that could be done.

Ohio is now such a mess, its up to the citizens to over-write the current corrupt government and get instant runoff voting.

There is over 12 court cases for review going on in Ohio right now, Blackwell has blocked all of them and he is being investigated by a Grand Jury. They are tracing money through Thomas Noe and Talbott who paid for "judges" in Ohio. Proving the whole government has been put under the thumb of the neocons.

The state of Ohio is totally hopeless for now until the trials begin. Currently, fixing other states like MA and TX and now PA(Pennsylvania) is more important....

The election in question is the September 2004 primary. During a recount triggered by a four vote margin between Anton Orlich and John McComish, 489 new votes appeared scattered across five candidates for two seats in the state House. The new votes changed the outcome of the election --- with McComish beating Orlich by 13 votes.

Approximately 460 of the "new" votes came from early ballots. These ballots were read by Optech 4C optical scanners in both the primary and the recount. Dr. Douglas Jones of the University of Iowa determined that the Maricopa County voting machines were not properly calibrated when he tested them in December. Prior to testing, the machines were adjusted by ES&S officials to pre-election standards.

Jones found that differences in calibration could have caused as much as a four percent error rate. Since nearly half all of votes cast in Maricopa County, the nation's fourth largest county, are early ballots, Jones said the results of any election within 2 percent could be called into question. He also said the only way to determine what happened is to examine the ballots in question to determine how people actually mark their ballots and whether the ballots were tampered with.

Senator Harper secured authority from the Senate Government Accountability and Reform Committee, which he chairs, in late January to issue legislative subponeas to obtain the ballots. But before Harper could prepare and deliver the subponeas, the US Attorney in Phoenix moved in and issued grand jury subponeas for the ballots.

The big question now is whether US Attorney Paul Charlton will aggressively conduct an investigation or if this will simply stall out and the public will never learn the extent of the problem with the voting machines in the nation's fourth most populous county or whether the ballots were tampered with.

Thank you for the clarification of this story. I understand from a source that there is a very real concern that the US Attorney might just bury the investigation because of close ties between himself and members of the county attorney's office. We certainly hope that is not the case.

Where is your outrage at the Washington governor's race where the republcian won, won the recount, but then "magically" enough ballots appeared in San Francisco North to put the democrat over the top, and then recounts- which ahd been automatic- were all of a sudden evil republican attempts to overthrow a popularly elected democrat governor?

At least be consistent. If republicans cheated, i want to punish those responsible. When democrats cheat, most democrats, the aclu and the clinton judges throw out the evidence and the case.

I went to DC in Sept.to protest,lobby congress, and what ever else we could do.A week after we returned,lots of us became sick, with flu like symtoms,which wouldn't go away.I received some messages alerting me that a bacteria had been detected in six different sensors around DC,that weekend only,and the CDC verified it But they never bothered to tell us that it happened!It sure seems strange that Tulameria bacteria was in the air that weekend,the trains stopped running when people were trying to get there for the protest,and on top of it all,the metro dept.chose that weekend to shut down many of their trains,supposedly for repairs.Way too many irregularities, to be just coinsidence

The right wants to make it all about "voter" fraud but the voters can't do all of this chichanery or commit such a sophisticated level of fraud so its a smokescreen.

I guess we shall see what happens with it then won't we? I repeatedly asked and put them on the spot to get a special prosecutor involved. There is already one in Ohio whos been taking down election officials thanks to Kathleen Wynne.

All we can do is hope they got the integrity to get to the bottom of this hoax, and as you know push to either get the SOS replaced or recalled. This brewer character broke the law.

In the 2004 election cycle Sproul was being investigated for illegal activities in two states Nevada and Oregon. The Feds came in pulled the cases and nothing else was every heard. We haven’t been able to learn anything since the Feds took over.

They talked about Arizona, SoS Jan Brewer and Nathan Sproul from 1999-2002: Executive Director of the Arizona Republican Party, Phoenix, AZ and the Christian Right in Arizona.

Of the $8.3 million (which made Sproul the 8 th largest expense the RNC) we can only see where maybe $3 million that can be explained, several more million actually paid in the 2004 election cycle was shifted to the 2005/06 cycle until we caught it and Professor Miller then contacted the Federal Election Commission to force the RNC to correct the posting.

When Sproul moved into a state he always donate $1,400 to the state party and Ohio was one of them.

You are so right,when Kennedy died,our country descended into the pit of corruption,greed and blantant criminality.I felt as if a lifetime of hope for a better world was shattered that day,for America has never been the same since.America lost her innocence when the peacemakers died,and now it feels as though we are in a much darker and sinister place.I cannot understand why so many seem to hate the thoughts of living in a Peaceful world,I guess all the warmongerers would be out of business,though.

They have got to get a special prosecutor inside the entire thing...I think I will pass on this arizona situation to someone else I know....have them start digging into it. The spotlight NEEDS to be blown all over arizona, that's for sure. These places are engaging in fraud, attempting to cover it up, and then people are ending up heading to court to undo the obstruction.

People need to submit FOIAs and start recording everything......Just like BlackBoxVoting has said. Think ahead of the game....I'm going to keep up the onslaught to get this arizona meltdown looked at.

Give um hell Jeannie!! I live in the red state of Alaska and literally have no voice in federal elections. However, I can't help feel that my vote was stolen in the Ohio election fraud. Diebold only needs to be caught with fingers in the pie once,(and be prosecuted) and there will be a great sucking sound as shareholders leave them in a cloud of smoke! Where in hell are all the spineless whistleblowers that have sold their country out? They should be shot for treason!!
