(Just six weeks late, and a day after the Electoral College cast it votes, but better late than never I guess!) Here’s the MSNBC reprint for those not registered with WaPo.

http://www.BanBirdFlu.org suggests that by reducing factory farming of animals where tens of thousands live amidst disease, antibiotic and growth hormones, the incidence of BIRD FLU will be deminished.
Yet, not once has it ever dawned on the media that by not forcing BILLIONS of chickens annually into crampt concentration camps could we reduce bird flu. Instead, the media reports on the corporate welfare from the Bush Adminitration to the poultry and pharmaceutical industries in the billions of dollars.
