We need to get guests on familiar with the State Bank of North Dakota to teach us what that thing is all about.
We also would benefit from an update from Richard Gage on his April 3rd through April 18th Midwest Tour of the United States.

In other news... Keep it lit. Looking forward to it.

Glad you have a megaphone tonight.
Appreciate all your coverage about Japan crisis, but hope you will not loose focus on blackbox voting and the treason being committed by koch brothers and criminal cohorts.

oh, Thank you! I was in and out of car, and must have been the April Fool's day info. Watched Rachel M. show those images last night, read up on Maine so wasn't surprised at his goals; just the age (40 hour weeks for 14 year olds!!)I am glad it was just a 'joke' and crossing my fingers that it remains ONLY a good gag and not reality coming...

You do know that Kimble is satire, right? Not a real politician? His website is a joke. Am hoping you weren't punked.

While you were doing the April Fool's joke, some real govt. officials are promoting it: http://www.firedupmissou...child-labor-laws-already
SB 222 – This act modifies the child labor laws. It eliminates the prohibition on employment of children under age fourteen. Restrictions on the number of hours and restrictions on when a child may work during the day are also removed. It also repeals the requirement that a child ages fourteen or fifteen obtain a work certificate or work permit in order to be employed. Children under sixteen will also be allowed to work in any capacity in a motel, resort or hotel where sleeping accommodations are furnished. It also removes the authority of the director of the Division of Labor Standards to inspect employers who employ children and to require them to keep certain records for children they employ. It also repeals the presumption that the presence of a child in a workplace is evidence of employment. http://www.senate.mo.gov...ype=R&BillID=4124271

Polly Anna @ 10 quoted:
SB 222 – This act modifies the child labor laws (in Missouri).
As noted during the show, the bill in MO is now dead.
As also noted, the one in Maine is not dead. Unfortunately.

My apologies! I was unaware that the new 3/31 version of the True Vote Model (TVM) was not avalable for editing by anyone other than myself. I assumed that the update would allow access as before. I was wrong. Butt its OK now. For all of you who tried unsuccessfully to use the model last night on the Bradcast, try it now:

And let me know if you have a problem. Use the chat feature in the TVM.
Thanks,
tia

Check out these new high res images of the Fukushima site.
http://cryptome.org/eyeb...i-npp/daiichi-photos.htm
Any discussion of covering this entire mess in concrete is absurd. Calculate the area, the quantity of concrete required, and the process by which it might ever be contemplated.
I mean seriously. Optimism is completely uncalled for. Mankind has demonstrated it is capable of breaking something to an extent beyond its ability to "repair" - setting in motion an event that it cannot "stop."
Hubris has a name and a face.

THIS is the latest version of the TVM.
https://spreadsheets.goo...EzC1Ccb7FsEN-EgZhQ#gid=0
But from now on, go here for the latest Google DOC model link:
http://richardcharnin.co...delDocGettingStarted.htm
This way, I won't have to keep notifying users if there are any issues - like not being able to access the TVM or unable to input data. Both occurred due to problems in the updates over the past few days.
Once again, my apologies. Those who got into the model last night were unable to edit Apparently Google failed to maintain full public editing/access. So try it now,
I will keep earlier version backups just in case.

We should be accurate about the recall situation in Wisconsin.
The "headline" I have seen all too often, including above @ #11:
"BREAKING NEWS: First Republican Recalled in Wisconsin!"
This is NOT true. What has happened is this: for one radical reich state senator there have been submitted what are thought to be enough signatures to mandate a recall election.
Before there can be such election, the appropriate election officials must verify that every single petition signer is a current registered voter.
Assuming this is the case, only then is the recall election held.
The senator is recalled ONLY when the majority vote for the recall.
If the senator is recalled in the first election, then another election is held to determine a replacement.
If Wisconsin's recall laws are like those I've dealt with, the very same recalled senator is eligible to run in the election to fill the senate seat just vacated by the successful recall election.
As you recall big money in elections is what has caused the problems for Wisconsin. The reich's money will flow freely again.
To assume these elections are already won OR that the recall has already been accomplished is to recklessly manage expectations and energy of those who are needed to actually achieve the recall and replacement of reich legislators.

Brad,
Unless we find an all-male species to counter the recently discovered all-female species that gives virgin birth, you should turn the show over to Des.
