Admittedly, I've never been in Sibel's position with regard to a gag order, but, I'd like to ask her this: are you ever going to decide that a gag order from a moron like Ashcroft has nothing to do with the rule of law and is actually obstruction of justice, and just write the book you should have written years ago?

We all know that "rascible" isn't a word, and he really means:
Dictionary
irascible |iˈrasəbəl|
adjective
(of a person) easily made angry.
• characterized by or arising from anger : their rebukes got progressively more irascible.
DERIVATIVES
irascibility |iˌrasəˈbilitē| noun
irascibly |-blē| adverb
ORIGIN late Middle English : via French from late Latin irascibilis, from Latin irasci ‘grow angry,’ from ira ‘anger.’
Thesaurus
irascible
adjective
this hot weather has put everyone in an irascible mood irritable, quick-tempered, short-tempered, hot-tempered, testy, touchy, tetchy, edgy, crabby, petulant, waspish, dyspeptic, snappish; cross, surly, crusty, grouchy, grumpy, cranky, cantankerous, curmudgeonly, ill-natured, peevish, querulous, fractious; informal prickly, snippy.
antonym even-tempered, good-natured.
A HIGHLY unjust characterization of me!
I know everyone will agree....

Tangentially to what Ms. Edmonds was saying --- why are we (the US govt.) still playing nicey-nicey with Turkey? Turkey can't even get into the EU until they cop to the Armenian Genocide, the culpability for which they have been denying since it happened. Then again.... Sanford & Son. Sanford & Argentinian whore.
Here's what I don't get about Sanford: the entire media and his wife were looking for him before he probably even had his dick in the mistress! NOT a good job of "hiding" the affair! What the...???
I was even looking for him! Didn't he take precautions to fake everyone out? He goes on Father's Day, doesn't make up an excuse, he just disappears. What did he think would happen? What an idiot!

He disappears without an excuse, so everyone's looking for him. Looking for him while he's having an affair! How dumb can you be?
Know what I'm saying?
He didn't even make an ATTEMPT at a HALF-ASS excuse! What did he expect would happen? There was 100% chance he was going to get caught.

Mark, could you just come in and make comments and not always be flogging your articles? Read the rules for commenting again. I try not to be a hardass about this stuff, but I can't be letting some do it and not everyone. So, once in a while, okay, but try really just making a real comment that's not about linking your own stuff all the time. Please.

Really, 99? Whose blog is this...?
http://neufneuf.blogspot.com/
...and how many times have you linked to it here since last week as a means to better hype your assessment of the recent events in Iran? Mark isn't spamming us. He's linking to his work.
Why does your passion (and research) on Iran deserve more leverage than Mark's passion (and research) on the state-by-state constitutionality of secret vote counting (I believe the topic was SOUTH CAROLINA GOVERNMENT) or for that matter even whatever his off-topic comments re: torture were that I didn't get to read.
Mark A. Adams has sacrificed his law career (and more) to fight the bad guys in Florida who were stealing elections on behalf of this Florida voter, and I might have liked to read what he has to say, even if I've read it before.
I've read everything you've said twice. And I did it without pitching a shit-storm-fit.
Irascible. Still having trouble with how that applies, are you?

Hey, thanks for plugging my blog, Jeannie, but you might agree, unless you just want to be nasty, that someone who only ever comes here to link to his posts, and has been asked many times over the course of three years not to do that, is different from being here all the time and trying to iron out disagreements by linking to research. I think, actually, you might find that less than 1% of my comments ever link to my blog, and if you really want to investigate, you will find that many times I link stuff straight to the source here that I have in fact blogged about. Despite Mark doing the same old thing over and over and over again, he still gets to comment, even link to his stuff once in a while. In fact, you don't have to look further than this very thread! I think most bloggers and most moderators would simply have banned him by now. I think if you were in the middle of needing to be trying to be fair about the rules and fighting spam attacks and manning the show thread all at the same time, and then someone popped up to spam it with links to his latest favorite piece, you might not have a lot of patience for it either. But, whatever.

No, 99, I'm not at all trying to be nasty. You should know that about me by now. Nor am I trying to pile-drive your judgment concerning what I'm sure is a difficult and largely thankless task (especially on days Brad writes about Bill O'Reilly.)
I was sincerely asking for the distinction. I didn't see one. In fact, it would've seemed to me that Mark A. rarely posts here at all. When he does he goes whole-hog but I think you'd be hard pressed to single out any one in this movement for being long-winded.
1% of the time? 'K. I believe you.
I guess I'm just becoming a little confused about what you do and don't 'have a lot of patience for.' It's becoming hard to guess.

The intellectual level of discourse is a bit disturbing. The close-minded nature of the conservative side precludes open discussion and ultimately, will lead to their downfall.

Sybil Edmonds is a wonderful whistleblower. It does not take a rocket scientist to understand that gagging her means that gov is hiding something serious. However, Sybil is not the only patriot "gagged."
Ellen Mariani, a 911 widow who did not take the government "hush" payoff money and who has 2 lawsuits going presently has also been "gagged" as well as her attorney from talking to the media about her lawsuits.
Someday, her story MUST be heard.
