Uh, oh…Anybody seen Dick Cheney lately?
Two Secret Service officers were injured in an accidental shooting Tuesday at the White House.
The incident occurred in a security booth at the southwest gate.
Secret Service spokeswoman Kim Bruce said one officer was injured in the leg and the other received a shrapnel wound in his face. She said the injuries appeared to be non-life threatening and that both officers were taken to nearby George Washington University Hospital.
You go to war with the VP you have … if the VP is impeached these guys are likely replacement candidates.
I wonder if Cheney regrets telling the chairman of the Judiciary Committee to “go f*ck yourself”?

As to his (now) ill-advised comment to Leahy – Leahy is still wearing his pink tutu, as far as I can tell. He’ll wind up apologizing for delaying crucial funding for “the troops” before all is said and done, mark my foolish words. Remember, it’s not as easy as you might think to fool a fool, seeing as how the fool has been fooled before…

I call BS on the excuse they use that it was an accident. I think it was a Rogue CIA agent who was going to be taken in for what ever reason they were arresting him for and he ended up shooting both. Come on now. Shrapnel to the face. Damn they make it sound like it was a damn bomb going off or grenade and shrapnel was flying around. Unless they mean the bullet shell being shrapnel flying out of the gun but still. He was shot in the face and the other in the leg bottom line. Thats my theory and im sticking to it. it makes sense.
What the hell did they have their guns out for, anyways? Something weird is going on here.

Wow- I saw the headline and thought this was snark. HAS anyone seen Cheney lately? Things are getting so bad for the administration, he could easily snap and start prowling the White House grounds with a gun. He hasn’t sounded too coheret in his recent spate of public tirades and hissy-fits.
