Hi Joan,
It was a streaming "live" @ TyT the night of the show, when I saw It.
It was brought to my attension in the "BRAD'S UPCOMING MEDIA (& other) APPEARANCES:"
sometime last week.

Well done Brad! Now that we are on this side of the elcetion I can laugh, I mean really laugh, at the comedy supplied by the FORMER SoS, McPherson, which you so deftly delivered!
Now that Bowen is in I guess I can sleep in the buff! No more PJ parties in San Diego county! Woo Hoo!

heheh...We'll see, Patti! As long as Haas is down there and nobody's currently holding him to the rule of law, we've got a mess. I'm with you in hoping that changes soon! Don't give up your PJ's just yet!

I think Robin Williams and his compatriots are safe from you, Brad, but thanks for bombing that badly anyway.

This might be how Bush's "behind the scenes" conversation went, of the nomination of R-Mel Martinez to head the RNC, who's under investigation by the FEC:
Bush: How about that Noe from Ohio? Can we nominate him?
Advisor: He was just found guilty today in the "coingate scandal".
Bush: How about Mark Foley from Florida?
Advisor: He is up on gay pedofile charges with pages, and he was jerking off on the internet during a war appropriations vote.
Bush: How about that guy Ney from Ohio?
Advisor: He's in jail.
Bush: Abramoff?
Advisor: He's in jail.
Bush: Ney?
Advisor: Slammer...
Bush: Duke Cunningham?
Advisor: Slammer...
Bush: Powell?
Advisor: Resigned.
Bush: Rummy?
Advisor: Resigned.
Bush: How about Mel Martinez?
Advisor: He's under investigation by the FEC.
Bush: Well that doesn't sound THAT bad...I say we nominate him! At least it doesn't sound as bad as the OTHER GUYS!!!!!!!!!

Brad, I showed my daughter this video, and she said (not kidding), "I'm glad he's not some creepy fat guy who's a predator." WOW! I think that's good...

Off topic, but are people aware that JOHN CONYERS has said IMPEACHMENT of Bush et al is now OFF the books? Does anyone on this site have any awareness of this? Since conyers has links to this site, can someone (BRAD) please try to investigate this remarkable about face!??

Brian: Yeah, and I got bombarded by emails from him, about him impeaching Bush leading up to the election! I did hear this, and Pelosi said it, too. Extremely disappointing, not the way to pacify the voters. To be consistent, we should hold him accountable for flip flopping.

Libby's defense is that they're going to use classified information to prove he didn't remember things.
Libby: "At the time of the memories of which, if I remembered them, I'd get put in jail, I do not remember those memories. But, I do remember the memories from the time of those memories which I forgot that would get me in trouble, that would PROVE that I forgot the memories that would get me in trouble. To recap: We'll refer to the memories that I forgot which would get me in trouble as the 'bad memories', and the memories which I remember that would prove I forgot the 'bad memories'...as the 'good memories'. We'll call it the 'good memory/bad memory' defense. I remember the 'good memories' but not the 'bad memories', based on the above definitions of 'good memories' and 'bad memories'. In fact, from the alleged time of the 'bad memories', I can remember all memories except said 'bad memories', INCLUDING...those 'good memories' which will prove that I, in fact, FORGOT the 'bad memories'...and therefore, I am 'not guilty'...Am I losing anybody???"

As long as they hold hearings in the new Congress and try to find the truth, impeachment should take care of itself if laws were broken by Dubya...

Man, I hope you didn't have to follow Marc Maron Brad!
Not a bad routine, but then they say tragedy and comedy are closely linked and that's exactly what these machines invoke.

We the people are here to tell you that we are the ones that are going to be setting the table, now. For too many years, we have allowed you people, who are just like us and elected by us and from us, to tell us what the agenda will be. Like I told George in a recent letter to him, a sleeping giant has been awakened in this country and we are not falling asleep again just because the Democrats, only with grassroots involvement and commitment, are back in power in Congress. It turns our stomachs when you talk about "working" with the Republicans. First of all, these people have allowed BushCo free rein in committing their high crimes and misdemeanors and crimes against humanity. Why would you want to work with murderers, liars, and crooks? When one works with criminals, one becomes complicit and culpable for those crimes. We elected you all to be different, not more of the same.

I think the Dems want to appear to be working with the other kids on the playground, so as not to give the repubs anything to attack until Jan. when they are all in. I strongly feel we should have HUGE PUBLIC OUTCRY via impeachment rallies and demonstrations all over the country before Jan., so when the Dems get in they can say "We're just following the MANDATE OF THE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Brad, could Velvet Revolution help organize these? We can't let up now!

Doing this prior to they're getting in, will help get and keep the corrupt Dems in line too!
