So we've finally forced EAC to do their jobs I see....
This report better diagnose the problem and bear the fruit.
All dynamicly coded voting machines should be "voted" as in thrown out for their illegal false certification.

To fix the North Carolina problems once and for all AutoMark and Liberty Systems should be sold in the state.
New Jersey uses them and they are greatly appreciated, as is Hart Intervic most of the time and North Carolina should adopt it immediately:
Vendors routinely provide information about their proprietary technology, but the North Carolina law requires vendors to release information about third-party software used in their equipment. That software might include computer applications from Microsoft or Adobe.
Diebold Election Systems, which makes its voting machines in a plant in Lexington, initially entered the process to become certified but pulled out last month because it said it could not release information about its third-party software.
North Carolina
Never again should people go to Sequoia when we know they are using illegal interpreter code. Lots of tests need to be done to know how severe....I hope VoteTrust and BlackBox will do those tests and SOON!

It's amazing that there are laws for voting machines which companies just choose to disobey. This is certainly a corrupt adm which tolerates and even condones such criminal behavior.

Bev, Jim and the crew at BBV have revealed over and over how the government officials they have to deal with are "reluctant" to be open about how elections are really handled from the inside.
This is a terrible national problem. The government wants everything secret, and wants to be able to muzzle and silence whistleblowers.
One of the more famous whistleblowers, Daniel Ellsberg, is calling on people in government to become whistleblowers (link here).
I agree and think that it is the best service any American can do for her or his country under the current fascist regime that has taken power.
So, since we know that you are reading this blog, considering its posts, read what Ellsberg says and leak documents that would expose fraud or other crime in the election process.
Leak it to Bev or Jim at BBV (link here), or to Brad, at this email address: TheBradBlog@cville.com.
Don't wait, the fascist enemy is moving to take more and more control without restraint and without any regard to your freedoms.
Good leaks stop the subversion of our government by neoCons of ill will.

Are you sure you mean Liberty Voting Systems? Do you want one of those machines? How about a few thousand? Ireland bought them and ever since the sale was completed thousands are sitting in two warehouses on the 'Emerald Isle' because they found out they are very insecure. The government over the is about to topple because of that purchase and the fact that they are paying tens of thousands of Euros every year to pay rent on the warehouses where the garbage is being stored. They are the exact same machines that NJ has considered purchasing. To my knowledge no decision has been made however.

That doesn't sound like the same company. Is this the one that is open source or where you put all the ballots into a locked box, using a machine? If that's not liberty systems, maybe its swiss voting system? How reliable is the swiss company?
