Oh why doesn't she just get it over with and admit she's ALWAYS had the major hots for Billy and his willie, and the taste of sour grapes just makes her BITCHY!
Now, can we PLEASE move on to someone more entertaining?
BRAD - I want to see you on the DAILY SHOW talking to Jon Stewart! Intelligence merged with humor is a wonderful thang...

Ann Coulter is a Goebellian propagandist, bordering on pathological. The sad part is, that she only appeals to the selectively ignorant, and misinformed. Who is the bigger fool? The fool himself, or the people that follow?

Yes, the more she talks, the uglier she gets --- if that's possible. However, we must all understand that this disgusting woman thrives when people discuss her. She's only meaningful because people repeat her seemingly insane rantings. She has no soul. If no one paid attention to her, the right and her publishers would drop her, and she'd melt away like the wicked witch she is.

I say ignore the bitch. Refuse to appear on the same program with her. Make it clear why you will not appear. Take every opportunity to make it clear that she is irrelevant and you will not appear on any program that gives her airtime. If every pundit or writer or columnist or whoever made it clear that they will not go on any show that has her on they will drop her. They know that they can not have a successful show if an entire side no longer participates. I'd do that for all of her ilk. Novak, Buchanan, Robertson etc.

Yesterday on Hannity (radio) around 5:15 PM Eastern Coulter had said "The right has all the intelectual firepower". Just thought I would pass that little tid bit along.
It seems brad, you must be from the right.....since you smoked her today on Ron Insana!

Ignore her! I won't say it again, I promise.

Good for you, and for taking advantage of the opportunity to confront her with her toxic garbage.
I saw her out one time, it was several years ago, and she was having dinner with Bill Mahr. They were both too plowed out of their minds to eat or talk.

Ann Coulter (and her name derived from 'colter' designates a part of a plow, the little blade out in front that seeks the true line of the furrow, cutting the ground in advance of the plowshare) is merely being shallow and indefinite, leaving the real work to be done by others who will trail behind her. With Clinton, she remains coy, seeking to perhaps woo him into some trite tryst, to match 'wits'. It's not that she is incapable of telling the truth; it's more a case of wanting to retain that aura of mystery about her for when the the 'plowshare' comes acalling.

It seems to me that the Right is always complaining about "the intellectual elite" and "the intelligentsia". Aren't they talking about the Left when they demean intelligence? Isn't that why Bush is the "man you would rather have a beer with" instead of "competent"?

Giuliano - I can't speak for all fools, but in general it's pretty hard to fool this fool, as this fool's been fooled before. That said, she belongs, as Shakespeare said, albeit not yet knowing mAnn, in a "cistern for foul toads" And YES! Brad on The Daily Show! I think both Brad and Jon have nice blends of intelligence and humor.

I'm shocked at the folks on here calling Ann ugly because we all know that she is far from that. She's alot easier on the eyes than Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson. She still, obviously, has a problem with Clinton but...make no mistake about it, she is one of the sharpest minds out there. I guess anyone that disagrees with this group is "ignorant", I beg to differ. Yes, I am a registered Democrat but I look at this party and it just doesn't reflect me (my values). All that I associate with this party is cowardice, complacency, loafing, and welfare. I fell for the propoganda that the DNC perpetuates until I decided to educate myself but to you Republicans are the ones with problems?! Get real. I can't wait to abandon that sinking ship.

bdev #22 --- beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and i must ask (using an obscure reference), is there in Truth no beauty?
hate is ugly, and lying is ugly, and IMO it is a shame that Coulter uses her intelligence to lie and twist facts to suit whatever her agenda might be on any given day. in general,
no one here is an apologist for the Dems; no one here called anyone 'ignorant' for disagreeing, nor has anyone here "fallen for the propaganda" that either side "perpetuates". if you had read any of this site before posting, you would know that.

Ann Coulter should be thankful that the world of men who she despises as one in Bill CLinton for using a female for oral sex ( the same gender as Ann Coulter) in the White HOuse is utterly disgusting. One must not forget the female in question is all also disgusting and a part of the female gender with Ann Coulter holding the ring..

Regarding physical attractiveness: the ONLY reason Ann Coulter has enjoyed any notoriety is that a few years back she might engender a reaction of "hey, that chick in the short skirt is kind of good-looking; I can't believe she's spouting this nonsense. This can't be for real." Years later, the same act may be approaching end of product-life-cycle as the republican media gurus have spun the Ann formula off into a hugely successful right-wing-bimbo franchise operation and the original model is over time becoming obsolete and visibly shop-worn. Have you seen her lately? MUCH harder lines and shadows (and given her elongated shape, this makes her look that much more like the transsexual her detractors joke she might be.) And you know she's sensitive about this, and it has to hurt. Look, one thing she's not is stupid. She knows very well why (and possibly how) she got the gig, and like every female talking head she knows her days are numbered once she's no longer a viable object for fantasy. There's no shortage of sorority-girls itching to take her job and I really don't think she's deluded enough to believe her fans are in love with her brains. Her response will be by necessity to turn up the volume in order to distract from the deterioration of the physical plant; this is precisely what aging Hollywood agent/producer types do with their wardrobe and red-state trailer-types with the big hair and K-mart jewelry. In Ann's case, this means getting shriller, meaner, and ever more "controversial" so as to establish some sort of niche entertainment value which doesn't necessarily rely upon her fading looks. It might or might not work but I think she's correctly identified this as her best shot.
(By the way, it's very unlikely that #22 is a democrat. Republican moles pull this trick all the time. Try it yourself. Call in a right-wing talkshow and find some point on which you can agree with the host; if you scratch your head long enough you may come up with one. When they encourage you to express your agreement with their other key points, state how you're a conservative and how you feel the republican party is getting away from your core values. See if you can get them to buy into your definition of "conservative," which if you think about it is not in and of itself necessarily an evil thing; talk about prudence and responsibility and if you can manage it maybe even bring up the bible. Just don't call Jesus a "liberal" because in the right-wing psycholinguistic world the word itself means far more than whatever they may believe it describes. This technique works fairly well in everyday discourse-- I live in a town (San Diego) thoroughly dominated by the military and it's amazing how many of these people detest the Bush gang-- and if you can pull it off successfully you'll be educating people without them realizing it, which I suspect may be the only way you can accomplish that end.)

I'm a lefty and I have to admit that I won't mind having a go at that Republican/Reptilian bitch. However, I insist on one condition. The pleasure of the sex act would only be diminished by her openning her mouth and spewing forth her unique brand of venom. So masking tape across the mouth would be a requirement unless oral sex is involved (not that I would ever be so stupid as to stick Willie in that mouth. CHOMP!)
So Ann, if you're reading this I'll await your response on this site.
P.S. If you want to do dinner and a movie first, that's cool, but you'll have to pay cause I'm broke.

"Yes, I am a registered Democrat but I look at this party and it just doesn't reflect me (my values). All that I associate with this party is cowardice, complacency, loafing, and welfare. I fell for the propoganda that the DNC perpetuates until I decided to educate myself but to you Republicans are the ones with problems?! Get real. I can't wait to abandon that sinking ship."

Des writes: "beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and i must ask (using an obscure reference), is there in Truth no beauty?
Interestingly, this is usually rendered as "Beauty lies in the eye of the beholder"--
And lies, and lies, and lies.
Re a physical component to Ann's truth disability, reearchers at the University of Southern California think they may have found just such a tell, in the relatively large amounts of white matter in the pre-frontal lobes of those found to have an affinity for fibbing, or a the least a facility for it. They write:
"Our argument is that the more networking there is in the prefrontal cortex, the more the person has an upper hand in lying. Their verbal skills are higher. They've almost got a natural advantage," said Raine. In normal people, it's the gray matter - or the brain cells connected by the white matter - that helps keep the impulse to lie in check ... They've got the equipment to lie, and they don't have the dis-inhibition that the rest of us have in telling the big whoppers."

Let's have fun. Look into the future, as the continuing mess created by Dubyah and cronies is too distasteful for the US to continue to endure. She is going to have to backpedal bigtime. Lies over more lies. All credibility will be gone. Her books and articles can only be seen as hateful and unAmerican. Calling political opponents traitors exposes her weakness, as well as the weakness of those she puts on a pedestal.
I can hardly wait.

Re: 22
I just gotta say that all of these supposed Democrats that complain the party does not represent their values are full of crap. The Democrats are for equality, fairness, compassion and charity. If those aren't your values, then you are right, you don't belong. I laugh when any of you boob's try to bash liberalism to make a few points with the money boys. Remember, Jesus was also a liberal that got pretty beat up by the fascists. So go ahead and abandon the party for values more to your liking, like the worship of money or George's backside. Bye, bye...

I am abashed at all the negative press on the NEW Ann Coulter Book. Her premise that too much weight is given to the 911 Widows or that they are exploiting their status is in bad taste and tacky in extreem..
My personal View is that the Widows that testify in Congress on airport security, anti terrorist tactics or other highly specialized areas are out of line and should not be allowed in any way shape or form...THEY ARE not experts in the FIELDS they are testifying in!!!!!
I don't want my safety or the safety of our beloved country in the hands of a people who's only claim to fame is that they are survivng relatives of the second most dasterdly attack on America in history...
Don't you truely agree? Take aside that Ann Coulter is a Hack, What she states is not so far from the truth.
