This is in the archives of the bradblog.com, so pardon my being a bit off-any-topic here.
But I wrote Sen. Feinstein (D-CA) over the "Galloway records" where the congressional record had no indication of Galloway’s famous testimony and reference the original article on bradblog.com (This was prior to the records being improved to state "no written statement" over "no statement").
The response I got from Feinstein’s office was, well, less than desirable:

You are right to be concerned about indications that the Oil-for-Food program may have been manipulated by Saddam Hussein and others. appears that there were major shortcomings that led to a substantial loss of funds designated for the people of Iraq. I think that there needs to be full accountability for what happened and appropriate action against those officials responsible for the mismanagement. "

The GOP has introduced a bill that would increase by 60 times the upper amount of campaign contributions that can be given. (Yes, if this bill passes you could donate sixty times more than the current upper limit.) It’s been proposed by Bob Ney of Ohio, the same guy with the links to Abramoff.
