(In the voice of Bush): Look, you little pissant, "concerned" and "worried" are two differnt words. Kinda like "apology" and "sorry" are two differnt words. What I meant last night was that I never used the exact language that the liberal senator from massachussettes (smirks into the camera) used last night.

Just like Jaime said, right? 1+ 1 isn't the same thing as 1 and 1 ?

Why the Right likes Rush -
I ate lunch with a co-worker today and he thought that Kerry's "mom on her deathbed" comment was a strange answer. He said "Paul, if you are an honest man. I would not tell you to be honest on my deathbed." He wondered why Kerry's mom would say "Integrity, integrity, integrity" on her deathbed. He said that perhaps she knew that Kerry does not have any integrity.
We were driving back from lunch and turned on Rush and Rush was talking about this. My friend asked me if I had a microphone on me because he was talking about Kerry's mom and now Rush was talking about. My friend went onto say that Kerry never really acknowleged his wife.
I then told him this - "Liberals think we (Rush's fans) get our marching orders from Rush, when in reality, Rush just says what we already believe. Rush says it and no one else does!"
My friend went onto say that all of his Catholic friends are voting for Bush and that Bush is an honest man who has accomplished a lot!
I agree! Bush has done a bunch -
Turned the economy around
Low unemployment rate.
Low interest rates and inflation.
Liberated two countries in two wars
Cracked down on terroists all over the world including financially, and in my home town.
My take home pay each week is 1% more than under Clinton.
I refinanced my house from 8% to 4.25% and knocked off four years.
Gas prices are a result of many things but basically it mostly boils down to supply and demand. There is no way to know what the demand for oil is in Russia and China because they do not have the infrastructure. That statement comes from my father-in-law who has been in the business many years. Prices will go down as supply increases and demand decreases.
Our economy is doing very well and any Democrat president would be bragging about it and liberals would be in agreement.
Kerry is a leftist and I do not think there is enough hate for Bush (Bush haters - the real dividers in this country) to put Kerry in office.

Paul,
Most people aren't at their most lucid state on their deathbeds. You're reading too much into nothing. Obviously, you're desperate seeking to pick on Kerry.
If you want to talk obsess over their families, I'd be more concerned with:
a) Bush admitting that his wife "speaks better English than he does". WTF is that? For a Harvard graduate of all people!
b) Bush admitting that he needs to keep his daughters on a leash.

Paul, like Bush, is done. Let him dream about whatever he wants. Anectodal evidence to support what he wants to believe, the groupthink of the DittoHeads in denial.
Be nice to Paul. He deserve 20 more days of blissful ignorance before he decides who to blame for Bush losing (it'll be the "Liberal" Media's fault, btw, but both Paul and Rush will come up with that realization at the exact same moment!)

J - And, I did not say it. my co-worker said it and the point is that Rush said it afterwards.

...And Fox News was saying it all night last night.
Is your point that your friend is clairvoyent? Or that, like the rest of you folks in denial, he watches Fox "News"?
