And if you think he looks bad, imagine how our country looks. Thanks to him, unfortunately, thousands of Americans won’t get to take that look.
And no, he didn’t “keep us safe,” no matter how many times they keep repeating it…

Gee! Thanks… Now can I have my life back?
Krugman says it best! Take that Hairy Reed!
George Bush …may we all forget him by next Wednesday. …except maybe Eric Holder and Justice. Astrologers say the planets are lining up like the dawn of the sixties movement. Only old timers can really appreciate that whether you believe in astrology or not.
i’ve commented b 4 about the complacency of the American People & the silence heard on voting day for years b 4 this bush era- maybe the king of dorkdom has taught us a little appreciation 4 our rights & won’t allow that kind of mass apathy to darken the halls of justice again… signed,

Same here, jacki, I never voted for this man. Couldn’t believe that Americans could be so gullible as to buy into his “no message” message back in 1999-2000 and 2004. I always saw him as wanting to be POTUS for his own personal gain, and unfortunately I was right. I never believed his lies to justify invading Iraq and told my friends it was a bad idea, but I got home from work one day, and lo and behold, there were our brave, beautiful young people, in Iraq. I cried everytime we lost one of these dear precious souls. I had to stop watching the evening news reports. What has happened in this country these past eight years IMO, no words can explain or justify. I just think about many Americans’ willingness to blindly believe and follow politicians, mostly because of one or two planks in their platforms. It does not speak well of a continuing democracy in America, and it is scary, very frightenng.
[ed note: Ancient, please be clear. I can’t believe you meant that insult. So you must have meant something other than it came off. –99]
I do appologize #8. After a long day on the road, I mistakenly took the first couple of lines to be talking about the president elect and flew off the handle. Again, my appologies.
I AM NO FAN OF THE WAR CRIMINAL BUSH!!!
Having said that, I’ve been watching presidents age since Nixon. I can’t think of a one (okay, except perhaps Reagan) who wasn’t significantly aged by his life in the Oval Office. From what little I’ve read working in the Oval Office is like trying to take a sip from a fire hydrant.
It ages everyone.
Bradley,
I hope you are finally cured from your Bush Derangement Syndrome.
