When you click on the "context" in the article it takes you to #5960.
"Remember, the law was upheld by the Supremes just last week, despite Indiana's inability to point to a single instance of in-person, polling place, voter impersonation fraud (the type of "voter fraud" the law was purportedly meant to deter) in the entire history of the state."
This is what we have been told to believe, but the facts does not support this statement.
Crawford v. Marion, USSC
"While the record contains no evidence that the fraud SEA 483 addresses—in-person voter impersonation at polling places—has actually occurred in Indiana, such fraud has occurred in other parts of the country, and Indiana’s own experience with voter fraud in a 2003 mayoral primary demonstrates a real risk that voter fraud could affect a close election’s out-come."

Brad, I trust that you will correct this "disinformation" that you have posted.

Mark Cook continues the GOP anti-democracy disinfo in desperation...
This is what we have been told to believe, but the facts does not support this statement.
Actually, the "facts does" support the statement. But nice try.
The '03 Indiana fraud you refer to is not the type which would have been stopped by this law.
As to the few instances of in-person voter impersonation fraud taking place elsewhere, yes it has. Rarely, but yes it has. Effecting an election outcome by such fraud, however, is next to impossible (while there are loads of ways to actually effect election outcomes, by a far smaller conspiracy than it would take to do so the way you have been fooled into believe happens, but none of those are being dealt with by you or your GOP vote-suppressing friends.)
If your law stops 2 people who might commit such fraud, but is guaranteed to disenfranchise thousands or more legal voters unConstitutionally, then what have you done?
BTW, even denying 1 person their Constitutional rights is illegal. But we're talking thousands if not milions here.
My statement was, and is correct. And if you have information to show accurately otherwise, please share it. Otherwise, your continue disinfo is really getting on my nerves and will be grounds for your banning here.
Finally, since you failed to read this when I posted it for you before, I'll do so one last time. Read it this time, and then knock off the deceptive bullshit or you're gone...

There is no doubt that there is no voter fraud problem in the United States.
There is likewise no doubt that there is an election fraud problem in the United States.
The mother of election fraud (picture Stalin in drag) said it during his straight talk express:
The voters decide nothing, those who count the votes decide everything.
I take it that those who advocate that there is a voter fraud problem, like the Supreme Court, come from the supreme delegate side of elitism.
