Dig a bit deeper and you will see that this woman is up for re election, and she is in a dead heat. So perhaps she is just pandering for votes. I hope she is for real, and not just running her pie hole. If she can't get these felons to testify under oath, then she is just wasting our tax payers dollars. I'm hoping she is sincere. I wonder if she has gotten a call from turd blossom yet?

Not to be trusted : heather a. wilson was deturmined & instrumental in getting (a. asshole)
Howard Stern off the free air Waves. (By fines & fcc hastles) Stern wanted his Day in Court.

#1 Maybe she'll get a call from Turd Ferguson as well. I heard he was the next in line for Republican Prez. (For the SNL fans in the house.)

She's a former military officer, the only woman in Congress who is. She's also a conservative and a Bush supporter on most issues. So Heather Wilson's
break with the administration should be taken seriously, especially since she's facing the blackmail
threat by Rove.

Maybe this is just a ploy, hatched in the evil brain of Karl Rove!!It could be a way for Bush to save face, while throwing out a few bones, and then shredding all the REAL STUFF!I just can't seem to believe there is ANYONE affiliated with these goons with even a shred of decency.I'd love to believe that she has some integrity, but I have a strange feeling about her.Hope I'm wrong!!

in fairness to the Times just about every paper in the country is repeating that same bs line about 'international terrorist communications' or whatever, and the Times is the paper that exposed the story (though they held it for a year, but the nat'l security card has historically been used by the executive in the same way), and the Times has printed several scathing spot on editorials calling out the bushy spin in the last few weeks.
actually, i think the Times is about the best paper in the country at the moment, ever since rupert murdoch purchased the washington post when no one was looking:)

The Times gets paid to lie and distort things....it has no, absolutely no requirement to tell the truth. People who are lemmings can follow them but its only purpose is to distort many things and report the facts when it suits itself.

Comment #6 Jeannie, I think you could be right on the money. And I think the dems should be focusing on the war issue more than this wire tapping. 53% of Americans polled are for wire tapping. I know thats pathetic, but the facts are the facts. On the other hand, ther vast majority of Americans are against Bush on the war, so why not hammer away at that issue? All this talk of impeachement is just going to end up being a distraction that can possibly hurt us in Nov.Thats what makes me wonder if this is all just a Rove plant. Lets focus on winning the House, then we can work on impeachment.

Wouldn't it be great to see a bi-partisan investigation into this mess? I would like to see real conservatives stand up and speak out against what the Bushies are doing in the White House and to the Republican party.
My question: is Rep Wilson doing this because she sees the problem with supporting Bush, or is she trying to look good for this November?

Wouldn't it be great to see a bi-partisan investigation into this problem? I keep hoping the real conservatives will grow a backbone, confront the Bushies and take the Republican party back.

I did and they wrote back that they "avoid cases that require significant resources to prove fact matters that are in dispute" "Given our limited rsources, we are only able to accept a small percentage of request." I am not sure what else to do at this point and I feel like I have no where else to turn. Any help or ideas would very much be appriciated.

Heather Wilson is my representative, and I can tell you that she's nothing but a dirt bag in this situation. She is one of the biggest supporters of Bush's agenda, especially when concerning the war on terrorism. She knows that nobody likes this idea of being wiretapped, so in this case she's going to go with the flow. Especially being up for re-election, she's going to push harder to achieve that win. She's a huge supporter of the Patriot Act as well. It's hard to believe that she'd allow that much power spread through our law enforcement officers, and yet, she does not give the same power to our chief law-enforcer.
Yeah, big election stunt, in my opinion.

My guess is that it's a ploy in response to the release of a poll showing Heather is in a dead heat with Dem challenger Patricia Madrid for her seat. See this story, which includes Madrid's response:
Democracy for New Mexico
I see that Heather is now taking almost total credit for the administration's new agreement to brief the House Intelligence Committee on the NSA program. Believe me, she doesn't have THAT much clout!

I don't really believe your story...but if its true you need to contact the state attornies office and file a written writ.
Go out there and get the paperwork neccesary and file the writ, and then file a grievance with the ACLU by taking pictures of these guys.
If they lay a hand on you report it.
And more than 60% are against the wiretapping...that poll was fake, and this posturing is all about fucking elections. Focus on that issue and put EVERYONE'S seat on notice, get a real full fledged impeachment probe going and dont wait for anything else. Do it while getting rid of the rest of these and go to court!

Thank you for your help. What has happened to my family and me is horrific. I was told about this investigation through some law enforcement friends and close peers. They have hurt my family and me and seem to do as they please. I will contact the state attorneys office and do as you say.
Thank you
Tim
PS: If anyone else has any ideas, I am open to them. What I have to tell is literally beyond belief.
