Another patsy used for PNACs war
Lets get real: No one has any real evidence Bin-Laden did these attacks besides a blurry video of a man fitting that description wearing some strange jewelry.
Bin-Laden isn't innocent, since evidently he did terrorize people and has attacked people for years. He should be punished if he's still alive, which it sounds like he's not.
But there's no actual evidence he did the attacks, and none of it has ever come forward. It appears Bin-Laden was framed. Madcowprod has alot more about this...
As for his neice, she's an average teenager taking a modelling career. What is terrorist about "her"? I see no reason to connect her to Bin-Laden or all his crimes.
We went after the wrong people to begin with on purpose & ended up stranded in Iraq. Maybe HCOCDR & Ricky who seem to equate anyone who disagrees with them as "terrorists" should get packed & head on over to Baghdad to see if they can get out of it?
Pictures worth a thousand words...

This is just more distraction by the right wing noise machine.
Why are we paying attention to this?
No offense intended David, I really have liked all of the other videos you have posted.
Osama's "niece" by the 256th or whatever number brother or sister of Osama is really a gratuitous distraction, blurring the lines of what is really going on.
Naked in a boa, a woman that has barely any relation to Osama, who is NEVER going to be known as anything but Osama's "niece" now and never a first string star, is nothing but media hype.
I am a bit disappointed that "liberals" are buying into publicizing this.
David you DO rock and I love ya. But this young woman is no point of interest . . . .other than more distraction. I would rather see some real news.
Respectfully,
JPentz

Osama has FIFTY brothers. He may never have even met this niece, nor, indeed, some of his brothers. We don't even know how many sisters he has. This girl took her mother's maiden name to escape persecution for her uncle's acts, says she wants to make a name for herself --- HERSELF, as distinct from her uncle --- yet she goes about it using her uncle to get into GQ. Is this something "Gentlemen's" Quarterly wants to view? Surely their are other as pretty young things to ogle in a more gentlemanly frame of reference. Or, she could have hidden her relation and just gone for it straight, like all the other young ladies who want fame and fortune for being pretty.

She claims to be Osama bin Laden's niece. Or, GQ claims that she is. On the other hand, who cares if she is or isn't?
Anything to sell a magazine, right?

The way it looks to me as the Binladen's and the Bush's were business partners early on, the neo-cons probably used "O's" name to create the monster that they needed as an excuse to go in to Iraq and get the oil, they just didn't figure on the people fighting back
As the story goes, our taxpayer's supplied Osama with $ and weapons when he went to Afghanistan to help the people there fight off the Russians
The only thing I wonder about is how much they paid Osama to use his name for this fiasco
And isn't it soooo funny that "O" is always one step ahead of our troops, he must take his "door" from cave to cave with him
Anywho, the girl means nothing, and a pretty much steady stream of bullshit coming from this way and that will keep the taxpayers of this country from revolting long enough until the oil in Iraq and Venezuela is secured in our name, with profits going to you know who

Has anyone considered how history textbooks are going to treat the search for Osama bin Laden?
They're typically written by academic historians, of course, and designed for students. Rarely if ever do history textbooks contain any humor, irony, or perspective. They're plain vanilla history.
So let's look at the facts, and pretend that this is 2025 and we're writing the history of the first quarter of the 21st century, beginning with 9/11. Here's how I see Chapter One.
"On Sept. 11, 2001 Muslim suicide bombers hijacked four commercial jetliners that took off from East Coast airports. Two crashed into the twin towers of New York's World Trade Center, another struck the Pentagon, and a fourth, believed to be destined for the White House, crashed instead in a field in rural Pennsylvania.
The terrorist organization al Qaeda, headed by the notorious Osama bin Laden, was immediately identified as being responsible. From his hideout, thought to be in Afghanistan, bin Laden praised the suicide bombers.
President George W. Bush vowed to hunt bin Laden down, no matter how long it took, and declared a war on terrorism. Congress granted Bush, in his capacity as commander in chief of the military, to use whatever force was required toward this end. American forces and intelligence officials were dispatched to Afghanistan, to find bin Laden and learn more about his terroirst network. At that time Afghanistan was an unstable country, run by drug lords who supplied much of the world's opium.
President Bush chose to divert American troops and resources from the pursuit of bin Laden, and invaded Iraq, a nation headed by a despot, Saddam Hussein. President Bush's father, the first President Bush, had prevented Hussein from taking over neighboring Kuwait in 1991, but on the advice of cabinet officials including Richard Cheney, had taken no action to remove Hussein from power in Iraq. When the second President Bush invaded Iraq, however, Vice President Richard Cheney was believed to be the architect of the policy...allegedly because Hussein possessed weapons of mass destruction and was seeking to acquire nuclear weapons at the same time.
Saddam Hussein was arrested in December, 2003. But the occupation of Iraq continued; two years later American deaths had totaled 2,150, with over 15,000 wounded. Meanwhile, Osama bin Laden, whose attack on America had prompted the Iraq invasion to begin with, remained at large. The only clue to his whereabouts was a provocative photograph in Gentleman's Quarterly Magazine of a young woman purporting to be his niece.

On a different track - I wonder if she faces any racism for being Muslim?
I know it's stated she doesn't use the Bin Laden name but I have to think even being a pretty thing that she is she would still face some shit for being an American Muslim.
And yes for a woman who says she doesn't want to be known for being a Bin Laden.... she's doing it in a remarkably 'subtle' way ain't she?

It amazes me how little respect there is for someone who is trying to make a name for herself. I don't condone using the name as a ruse to get herself ahead but imagine how much racism and bigotry that she faces just for having the name. If you lived in a country where one of your relatives was "responsible" for the deaths of 2000+ people I would think that you would have to face some redneck numpties with the gall to call you down. I feel bad for her.
