I presume there was a judge who had to rule on the acceptability of the vote. Was that person a Republican or a nut?
I'm still waiting to hear of the Democratic Party's investigation of the Ohio race where Hackett lost.
I'm guessing there probably weren't any Democratic officials or lawyers representing our interests in Irvington.
Why do I feel like a stranger in my own country?

A deep irony is that these typical Republicans, like Thor and Dyke (and Rove and Delay and Frist) wouldn't gain the merest foothold on power in a society that were not as progressive as our own.
In other words, Democrats, in their desire to make all circumstances fair for even the weakest members of society, have allowed these girlie men to aspire to and acquire status and authority.
Twisted. But think about it.

I'd really like to see what that THIRD court decided about that vote.. and if that -same- judge would let Susan OUT OF A CONTRACT with someone in the judge's family on the same grounds. I really would like to see the verdict..
What makes me sicker is, these fucks had to appeal twice to get a judge that was willing to piss on the law.. Talk about "activist judges"..
What's more telling is, this casts more "circumstantial evidence" on how Republican's ideas of "reducing voter fraud" is really about "not counting democrat votes"..

What a fucking joke, boycott these bastards until they're flat out of the election process!
No more lies: Take down the corporate empire!!!
Time for Diebold and their little thieves to get their ass put in jail and knocked down. Why in the world did the election come down to "one" absentee vote they had to force to be DISQUALIFIED because the name wasn't fully printed?!?? WTF?
They are fucking insane, its time for a knockout punch!!

"Mighty Thor" is at it again, they will be properly "outed"
eventually, when the evidence becomes so hard, it cannot be ignored any longer (I think its already hard enough, but it takes longer with only "6 or 7" to punch through the other bullshit)
This disenfranchising of one voter like that, if that story reached the joke media, would help start the ball rolling, she should be raising holy hell right now, I know I would be

Gives new meaning to "the will of the people" doesn't it?
Here are some neoCon definitions:
"american people" = our right wing supporters
"freedom" = when we can get away with crime
"honest government" = no paper trail
"honest election" = no paper trail
"innocent until proven guilty" = stalling
"activist judge" = one who rules against neoCons
"will of the people" = the neoCon agenda

This is more sinister than the CIA leak, and more potentially devistating than Katrina, Rita and Wilma. The word needs to be gotten out that we're in danger of losing our freedom to chose our government. That so long as one group (read: Republican) will do literally anything to ensure its winning election regardless of the vote tally the United States is no longer a free country. We no longer have elections but a series of coups.

Mother Jones appears to have taken a dive on the election rigging. Investigated and reached conclusions that flew in the face of all of the evidence. I have just sent following letter to the editor of Mo-Jo:
SUBJECT: How could you do this to us?
How could a reporter for MoJo explore overwhelming evidence of election fraud and only seek outrageous means to spin it? How could your editors have allowed such a thing to be done to us? What could motivate one of your reporters to see overwhelming reality before his eyes and only find ways to misrepresent it to your readers?
Why do you think GOP (Tom Finny) had machine programs designed that could change votes and then leave no record?
Why do you think GOP leadership blocks all efforts to make these machines verifiable?
How were small precencts with only a couple of hundred registered voters deliver 5,000 to 6,000 votes to Bush and where recounts were not possible because there is nothing there that could be recounted?
How could exit polls be off by some 9,000,000 votes in areas where the machines were in use?
Yes John Kerry conceded rather then look like a bad looser but even he now is saying that the election was probably stolen.
Please do find out what motivated your reporter to such a slanted purpose. Many of us look to you for the truth even on tough issues that our fascists will pay well to keep from us.
You owe us an honest conclusion with no spin or cover-up whether the White House likes it or not.
