(Though, in truth, we noticed the similarities long before the rest of the Leftie Pundits seem to have. And huge kudos to John Amato at C&L for getting up the video from a 1973 CBS report with an earily similar ring to it!) He “continued to stonewall on questions surrounding Karl Rove and the Plame case”, as Editor & Publisher described it.
Here are a few of the most surprising exchanges. The likes of which led Jon Stewart on The Daily Tuesday to suggest that someone must have “secretly replaced the White House Press Corp with actual reporters.”

What a long strange trip it’s been (4 1/2years). To bad it ain’t a bad dream but something we (Americans with Universal minds) have to call REALITY. What happened with the Robots in Congress getting the Bushit administration to answer to the Downing Street Minutes? Why not ask some white house reporters to ask a question or 2 on the subject of creating false intelligence and using it to attack an oil rich nation since there seems to be a new AWAKENING in their world???

1. Journalists generally don’t like that Judith Miller is in jail, except for a few who have seen the light.
2. Similarly but different for Matthew Cooper.
3. This time it looks as if it is the end for the Bush regime. Some people are going down, and if, for instance, Karl Rove is among those, Bush cannot simply fire him. Rove knows where the corpses are buried, and has no honor. And the prosecutors, judges, and grand jury cannot be bamboozled by the Bushist mass public brain damage maker.
Poor Scotty. He probably wishes Bush would fire HIM!

The Administration now has a policy of not interupting ongoing investigations, right?
Did that policy change because the Administration interupted the ongoing investigation of the UN weapons inspectors, jumped to conclusions, and then started an unneccessary war? Is it true that if the Administration let the inspectors finish, we might be 1800 soldiers and 300 billion $$ richer?

This focus on Rove has a silver lining for the GOP, since I’m betting the number of questions about the DSM has dropped precipitously since last weekend.
We need to have Bush fighting a two front war on the two serious facts we’ve managed to make stick in the American mind. Add to the fact that "Plamegate" and the DSM are inextricably linked, since they reinforce each other.
