As reported by Kim Zetter in her Wired Blog and yours truly on OpEdNews, ES&S has responded to the EAC’s rebuke for not disclosing that they were manufacturing voting machines in Manila, The Philippines. ES&S arrogantly acted like a spoiled child in their response to the EAC. In the end they provided a list that included factories in Manila, Taiwan, and China, but not before trying to blame the EAC for their corporate reporting failures. Have you ever noticed that these vendors take no ownership of any problems? Vote-flipping is always the voters' fault. Machine failure is always the poll workers' fault....
