I hate to break things down.
not sure what that is. Personally. But, it’s totally irrelevant because I understand electronics and frequency and physics.
I don’t like this. Here’s why.
They can print all they like. But when they introduce a fucking optical scanner there’s a problem. Since an optical scanner is unvalidatable.
NAME ONE TIME IN HISTORY THAT 100% OF PAPER BALLOTS WERE COMPARED TO ELECTRONIC TABULATED RESULTS!
ONE TIME!?! no? Doh!
THEY fucked up, because they allowed abusive electronics, digitized data, and networks into the tabulation portion of this system.
Cough. Who was in control? The op-scan’s were. THAT SURE THE FUCKING AIN”T WE THE PEOPLE.
