I hate to break things down.

Summit Co. Ohio is now considering following in the foot steps of Douglas Co. Nebraska.

not sure what that is. Personally. But, it’s totally irrelevant because I understand electronics and frequency and physics.

Douglas Co., the home of ES&S, purchased a digital printer and now prints their own ballots for their ES&S op-scans.

      I don’t like this. Here’s why.

They can print all they like. But when they introduce a fucking optical scanner there’s a problem. Since an optical scanner is unvalidatable.
NAME ONE TIME IN HISTORY THAT 100% OF PAPER BALLOTS WERE COMPARED TO ELECTRONIC TABULATED RESULTS!

      ONE TIME!?! no? Doh!

Douglas Co bought the printer for $120,000 and saved $75,000 in printing costs in the just completed election.

THEY fucked up, because they allowed abusive electronics, digitized data, and networks into the tabulation portion of this system.

And, they did not have to rely on ES&S to make any deadlines. They were in complete control.

Cough. Who was in control? The op-scan’s were. THAT SURE THE FUCKING AIN”T WE THE PEOPLE.

How many of you have a SCANNER?
HOW MANY ERRORS DO YOU GET?

      NUFF SAID.

THey suck, scanners suck, electronics in our elections suck.
