I've made an update to the presentation. The title on the first frame has changed and I've added some CBS news video to emphasize that the silence involves the network news as well.

Faux is the problem not the solution.
The snippy-pornslut-on crack bats her lashes strikes a pose at just the right moment tells you what a bad boy you've been for asking questions demanding paper ballots and clean air. You know what's coming- you sit on the edge of your seat ...you wait for it. Like clock work she gives you your daily tongue lashing and it's always the same...you're an ungreatful unamerican twit every one of you should be detained indefinately boiled in oil and deported. The next guy slams a spoonful of racism down your throat nothing too complicated of course just enough to make you go hmmm.
In the end you are left empty handed and (surprise) hungry for more.

For Ding Dong: That's why your TV has an on-off switch.
Complaining about Fox is like complaining about Ann Coulter; it does no good and gives one an ulcer in the process.

Gee,.. it is at # 16 on the ratings list.
He is 100cnt from # 15,.. his goal to hit for this weekend. This is good exposure for the issues
Mr. B. Friedman is bringing to the table.

I called the San Diego registrars and asked them what the status of the election was, and whether or not they were going to manually recount. After talking with some lady named Barbara Walters (not THAT Barbara), she said that only two electronic voting machines were used in the election, and that those machines were only for the impaired... she said that using the electronic (vs. manual?) machines was "voluntary" anyway. I told her I didn't agree with her assessment based on all that I have read, and she said she would have someone else contact me. Haven't heard a peep since. I think they are blowing me off.

There is only one solution. Fortunately is it cheap, easy, quick to be implemented, and most importantly, SECURE. It is called
Paper Ballots, Hand Counted.
Paper Ballots, Hand Counted.
Paper Ballots, Hand Counted.
Paper Ballots, Hand Counted.
That's right I said Paper Ballots, Hand Counted. (Excuse me for acting like a corporate media whore carrying water for the bush-nazis, but, hey, you gotta learn from those successful at propaganda).
Side Benefit: anyone against the implementation of this is basically admitting they are FOR election theft.
Get active.
Tell your friends and associates.
Get bumper stickers and t-shirts. (Suggestions:
Paper Ballots, Hand Counted
Get the message out like the ReThugliCons do with "Gore inventing the internet," "Kerry shooting himself to get medals," and "Saddam was involved with 9/11," and their various other LIE campaigns.

Stop_George I saw your 8-Ball KOS one that leads to this one,.. nice move up the chart. The more exposure
for Bradblog,.. the more the general population becomes acquainted to these issues. Demands will be made for corrective actions before 11/2006.
Good job guy,.. excellent !

I'm very worried by the fact that Fox News was touting the Bilbray "win" as an example of what is going to come in November--they said the democrats were counting on this election to build momentum, etc. etc. but they failed, and this was an example of how things were going to go in November.
This reminds me all too much of how before the 2004 election, almost all of the polls had Kerry ahead, except for one polling organization, (but damned if my old brain can remember now which one it was--Harris maybe? It was the ones who said that polling was all about seeing that God's will prevailed...) The polling agency said they thought Bush was going to win, and when pressed for the data by Zogby and others, they said that was becuase of their "mathematical model" that said that the Republicans would get out the vote better than the democrats would.
Now we know after the fact that the democrats did a fabulous job of getting out the vote, but the votes just weren't counted.
Why would a polling agency go out on a limb like that? They had no way of knowing the Republicans would "get out the vote" better. They just had a fudge factor thrown in saying, give Bush a 5% edge over and above whatever else is known.
Someone had pulled them aside and told them, "Want to be looking sweet after the election?--predict heavily in Bush's favor even if the evidence says otherwise, (wink-wink, nudge-nudge)."
And of course, as we all know, their polling predictions were closer to the "official" results.
So now here we are in June with Fox News predicting that the Republicans are going to win big in November despite all the overwhelming news saying the opposite--all on the basis that Bilbray "won" against Busby. It has that same familiar, The-Fix-Is-In stink about it.
It's another round of three-card-Monty only THIS time we're REALLY going to keep our eyes on the cards, right? Wrong. I don't think we can stop it from happening in November, but if we predict the fix and have lots more exit polling and so on, maybe more people will listen to us after it happens (yet again, sigh).
Brad, you ROCK, MAN!!! Stick it to them over this election and MAKE them count it out. I think they know they can't allow that, unless they can get hold of the paper trail, optical scanner ballots, etc. Depite my earlier comment, I'm not sure they fixed the paper trail along with everything else this time out. We'll know if a hand-count is approved and they then go ape-shit and try to call in the supremes or start to really sweat.

About Fox:
Someone I work with just came back from a trip all around Texas. She said that in lots of the hotels where she stayed, the ONLY news network she could get was FOX.
That explains it, I guess. Does anyone else here have that in their area? Only fox news on the cable, I mean?
