We get a reprieve in primaries this month. Next month there are two or three every Tuesday with Indiana, North Carolina and Ohio all leading off the month. It seems to me that we should be using April to get the word out about voter registration and have people ensure they are, in fact, registered to vote. The new voter registration data bases are going to disenfranchise voters if they are not vigilant. Verification should be just a phone call away in most states….

John, no doubt. One clue to folks might be if they are not getting any paperwork from their voting precinct they maybe should check in to see that everything is ok, and that they haven’t been Ohio’d or LA’d due to a faulty database.
… on another voting topic …
The one area where dems have been trailing the republican dictatorship in the polls is said to be security.
That seems to be changing according to one poll (link here) I learned about over at RAW STORY.
I do not know how people get the idea that more security comes from an incompetent dictatorship.
The UAE thingy is evidence, considered along with the fact that the ports and borders are not secure, that the republican dictatorship is very incompetent at security.
What they excel at is generating fear and using that fear … not to secure the nation … but rather to freeze it in fear. Dictatorships like fear.
Meanwhile the republican dictatorship doing nothing to secure the ports or borders, other than claiming to be great, wonderful, and honest, and being led by the greatest president of all time.
It is a real yawner …
