Ok so their new bumper sticker label / catch phrase is "take off your uniform"...mz rice was the first to use the new little ditty... Someone should ask the little asswipe just what exactly that means and watch him studder and double talk. He looks like he's been hitting it pretty heavy lately. What a total disgrace.

It means, Shrubby doesn't know what "commander in chief" means.. LOL..
And the people who support this dipshit will continue to try and make excuses for him.
And did I hear some slurring toward the front of that clip? Maybe not.. perhaps Shrubby isn't drunk at the wheel.. but I'll not bother listening again to try and find out, his quote does more to show his lack of competence than anything else that would be gleaned from proving (or disproving) his drunkedness. All that matters is the Commander in Chief of the United States Military, and the President (at the same time) told the leader of some other country that you can't do what America does (and has done for over 200 years)..
Priceless..

See that is the funny thing about english. people confuse "you" and "one" and oft use (incorrectly) "you" as a second person plural.
So with the two possibilities of meaning he could have been saying "One can not be president and head of the military at the same time."--which is stupid and haha, that ol' bush fucked up again.--OR he could have meant, "You, President/Head of the Military of Pakistan, can not be both those things at the same time...because it is against the constitution of your country."--which is not funny at all.
It should probably be pointed out that the later is most likely what was intended as ...well as it directly relates to all the current goings on in Pakistan. Namely, that Musharraf has violated the constitution by not giving up his status of Head of the Military, as he said he would, after being elected President followed by declaring what amounts to martial law.
Educate Yourselves.

That is an excellent point, but, being as how * is not rightfully either, and is a war criminal, it's especially horric to watch and hear this coming out of his filthy mouth.

The boy king asking the military junta general Busharraf to "take off your uniform" just reflects back to frat-boy's college days where everything had a homo-erotic connotation like at his super secret rich boys masturbatory club - Skull and Bones.

Good point, insub2.. Since it's against the Pakistani Constitution for him to be president (civilian job) and commander of the military (military job), what Shrubby said in his broken slurred speech becomes less ridiculeable..
Oh, wait.. Shrubby talking about how someone should respect their Constitution? You mean, the same guy that when confronted about his illegal and un-Constitutional NSA wiretap program said "don't talk to me about the Constitution; It's just a god damned piece of paper!"..? THAT guy? Who's usurped the Constitution of his own country dozens of times and has no respect for his own Constitution? And the guy that is getting laws passed that will allow him to "set aside the Constitution by declaring Martial Law", only to be put in front of a court full of his appointees?
Perhaps the Shrub shouldn't be quite so chastised for "this statement", but clearly, he should be chastised on the spirit of the matter... no?

Insub2 - Actually, Musharraf has long been both the head of state and the head of the military. He took the country over in a military coup. Yet, Bush has lauded him, given him money, invited him to the White House, etc. etc.
It was never a problem before folks noticed that. Why is it suddenly a problem now?
Educate myself?

Aw, heck, Brad, don't you know when we're beaten? Obviously, we're just too uneddicated to realize what a genius * is.... That's the entire problem in a nutshell. We should be grateful he uses the Constitution for toilet paper! Somebody has to save us from ourselves.

I don't think anyone takes anything Bush says, seriously anymore. He's a joke, and we don't have a democracy...he's proof of that!

Yes but,... but,..
A Fascist state gets things done at the speed of light,.. a democratic state functions at a snails pace. Debate, discussions, and deliberations are all so needlessly time consuming and cumbersome.
Busharraf may have the right idea.
