Brad, read the Tx one, pretty important
"It alleges that every 10th vote cast on a machine for a Democratic candidate was flipped to the Republican candidate in that race by the software."

OOOOH yeah, http://www.madcowprod.com/01092007.html
"VP at Election Giant ES&S Threatens to Sue The MadCowMorningNews"
"Gary Greenhalgh was instrumental in bringing electronic touch screen voting to Katherine Harris’ Congressional district. He sold $4.5 million worth of electronic voting machines to the Republican Election Supervisor of Sarasota County in Florida.
Greenhalgh was President during the 1980’s of a company at the center of this dispute. The Election Center is a murky private non-profit based in Houston whose ill-defined quasi-public role in “certifying the certifiers” is at odds, say many computer experts, with the funding it has received from the very companies whose testing it approves, including CIBER."
"In addition to that brouhaha, Greenhalgh, a former employee of the Federal Election Commission, two decades ago helped establish the system of certification of U.S. electronic voting systems under increasing suspicion in a drama working its way out now concerning CIBER, Inc., a a company which tests voting machines."

People who sue other people, not for justice, but for harassment purposes ought to pay huge penalties. These voting machine corporations are emboldened with their huge budgets and pricey lawyers!

I agree Larry, but the connection is very important
Remember we have had the one man testing outfit known as Shawn Southworth
Now we have the VP of ES&S, a Republican that set up the Laws at the FEC in the 70's and 80's concerning the distribution of privatized EVM's and their testing, FOUNDED the shady Election Center, worked for Shouptronics before that for a guy that was CONVICTED of bribing public officials (1972), and more than likely has connections to at least one or more ITAs, and more
I hope everyone sees where this is going, the history of how we got to this point is very important
We are getting close to the source of who wrote and passed along that flipping software for all the EVMs IMO
This article, "Election Complaint Under Investigation", shows me a lot, it says "Vote fraud and voter disenfranchisement are alleged, “perpetuated by, but not limited to, Elections Systems and Software (ES&S) in their use of secret, uncertified software code” on the electronic-voting machines purchased from the company and used by the county during the election."
And "Bodovsky said Tuesday afternoon, January 2, that the allegation was based on a pattern he detected while monitoring the recount in the county judge, treasurer and two commissioner races.
The affidavit alleges that if the 10-vote flip is proven true, Republican candidates could have gained a 20-percent advantage on machine-cast votes."
Just one step closer, he-he

And this article says, "While the industry’s strong ties to the Republican Party have been noted in many places, what has escaped much attention until now are the almost equally strong ties the election industry inexplicably maintains to the state of Texas."
AND " Unmentioned in the New York Times story on CIBER are the firm’s strong GOP connections. Employees and spouses donated more than $72,000 to GOP candidates and groups during the 2001-2002 and 2003-2004 election cycles, according to the Center for Responsive politics, a nonpartisan watchdog group.
The Center for Responsive Politics found $5,750 worth of campaign contributions from Wyle Laboratories for this year's election. All of the money went to Republicans, including $1,500 to President Bush. "

Agent 99, If you still have editing power, in my comment #5, Change "Voting Center" to "Election Center"
And remove the stuff in the parenthesis (in which this guy...) and put "in 1972" in its place
(I'm so fired up, the three articles are running together in my head)
{Yer fired-up and I'm punchy. But together we can get 'er done. --99}

“It alleges that every 10th vote cast on a machine for a Democratic candidate was flipped to the Republican candidate in that race by the software."
Yes that is very interesting indeed. If the tape is of any length at all it is proof positive that not only can ES&S machines be used to control they outcome of our election. It is proof positive that those ES&S machines they have been used to do so as well!
I’m so sorry Riverside County, California, Supervisor Jeff Stone but your silly bet will now only convince those who are foolish enough to accept a successful result of your silly bet as proof that an outsider can not hack ES&S machines that the fraud that the Tx link proves exits is an inside job by people working for ES&S.
As long as less than half of the democratic votes were going to republicans in that race the probability of every tenth democratic vote going to the republican would be 1 in two raised to a power of the number of votes on that tape divided by 10. If there are even 100 votes on that tape we are talking odds of at least 2 raised to the power 10 or 1024 to 1 that such a thing could happen by chance. If that every 10th vote switch did not happen by chance it happened by design and that is what we refer to as vote counting Fraud! For every additional 100 votes on that tape the odds can be calculated by mutipling by 1024 again. Two hundred votes on the tape thus goes of at odds of over 1024 times 1024 to one which also goes off at over a million to 1. So ladies and gentleman we have here the smoking gun the voting machine venders claim does not exist.

I don’t think. As a “conspiracy theorist”(Anyone who doesn't swallow the propaganda they are fed hook line and sinker), I know it stinks at least that far!

In todays voting scandal ridden world, just grabbing every 10th vote is almost commendable for it's absence of outright greed. At least these guys understand the concept of only trying to take what you need.
That being said...
LOCK EM' UP!
