Hate to be OT on the first post but you have GOT to read this: An apology from a Bush voter.
http://www.kabc.com/mcin...=McIntyre+in+the+Morning
"There’s nothing harder in public life than admitting you’re wrong. By the way, admitting you’re wrong can be even tougher in private life. If you don’t believe me, just ask Bill Clinton or Charlie Sheen. But when you go out on the limb in public, it’s out there where everyone can see it, or in my case, hear it."
McIntyre is a now Independent talk show host in Los Angeles (KABC)
Come to think of it, if he's able to come to terms with this, perhaps he would be an ally in exposing the criminal negligence of our elections officers (especially in Southern California!)

John,
Thanks for the clarification about the Polk County (Iowa) situation. No one gets it right 100% of the time, and the quick correction is much appreciated.

A great big thanks to Brad and the rest of the bloggers here as well as folks like Bev Harris of BlackBoxVoting and Bob Fitrakis of the Columbus, Ohio Free Press.
Your efforts, along with every little bit individuals like myself add, are paying off.
Thanks everyone!

You know how Bush wants to crucify the NYT press pass's?
We must all crucify the MSM's press pass's!
Until such time as they freaking start to report about how Electronics, Digitized Data and Networks are an abuse of technology, and do not belong in the United States Elections because they are the reason for ALL THE CONSTITUTIONAL PROBLEMS WE NOW HAVE.
Until then, don't be nice to them, don't move out of their camera lens views, don't be courteous to the camera men that wear a MSM label. Don't allow them to interview you. Don't allow them access to your property. Get in front of them and change the topic.
THIS ISSUE MUST BE FORCED ON THEM!
Give feedback on their stupid websites every day, flood their ass with mail and evidence.
When they ask you to text them, text them with your message about crackable electronic voting machines.
If your a bouncer, and they show a press pass, deny them access. Shut them out of the venues.
If your a gullable person, keep your mouth shut, don't give them interviews. If you have had the election fraud pit in your stomach for several years now like I have then go for the interview, and talk off topic.
The local venues are not going to loose business, we know who they are, and where to find out what that have, we still have Air America for news, SUPPORT IT AND DENY THE MSM BS.
Stop using Karl Rove's Buzzwords. STOP REACTING TO THE FRIGGIN MSM NEWS, STOP GIVING FEEDBACK ON THEIR IRRELEVANT CANDY ASS STORIES. When in a republican car, tune the radio to Air America and SNAP THE KNOB OFF!
example in Sacramento:
Support AM 1240kHz, and AM 1320kHz, KDVS 90.3MHz FM, KNOZ-LP 96.5 MHz FM.
Support the Library, The Boardwalk, SN&R (Sacramento News And Review)
Blow off PBS/KVIE/CH6, Instead Save Public Access
(THE REAL PUBLIC ACCESS)
Blow off 3,6,10,13,19,23,36,40,42,58,64 (Rabbit Ears)
If you don't know what's going on, and you haven't read the Constitution READ IT!

The Texas gerrymandering case was not reversed, so the election in November will have to go forward in the tangled web that has been woven (link here).

I don't care what you think of me. If your attacking me that's something else. I figured there might be some attack on what I said, so I am here again to follow up and defend myself.
The question people should ask is what do folks have to gain by attacking my post?
Some typo's and clarifications
DU == DemocraticUnderground.com
VVPAT == VSPP (my bad)
A couple letters I sent out.
I can't find my originals, but they are backed up on CD somewhere.
To: mwagaman@ss.ca.gov
Subject: digitized data can not be verified. (forgot to attach the photo)
Hello mwagaman,
Sorry I forgot to attach the photo. "Hacked.jpg"
I am tired of being ignored.
All these bills and acts, and legislation all ignore the FACT that
digitized data can be manipulated.
The issue has been made purposely too complex for the average person
to comprehend.
When in reality it's very simple.
This will be the basis for my complaint in Sacramento 5th District.
How Simple?
Remove the electricity
Stop creating digitized data
Stop sending digitized data across networks
The physics behind electronics are by their very nature INSECURE.
There's another issue to this.
The Disabled voter.
They probably ought to be allowed to use any complex computer
interface (of whatever type) to PRINT their PAPER BALLOT.
This does not need to be high tech. A 286 and a printer would work.
Then after printing the BALLOT would BE EXACTLY like any other PAPER
BALLOT being used. The only other assistance, would be to carry that
ballot from the PRINTER to the BALLOT BOX.
The PAPER BALLOTS can then be counted manually by real people in a
friendly secure environment.
It's just that simple.
See Attachment. There is no copyright on my drawing. Spread it far
and wide.
Want to be a hero?
Spread it Nationally to EVERY LOCAL PRECINCT.
Quit wasting money on expensive electronic equipment.
Digitized data can never be secured.

Whatever. You have ignored my complaint twice now.
By allowing digitized data in our elections
YOU ARE DESTROYING DEMOCRACY.

okay somewhat I edited the headers. Spam away my email I guess.
Christine Craft is good people and knows what is up in Sacramento also..
Hello Christine,
I've written to HAVA (both under shelly, and this new guy I don't
know his name, and I pretty much don't care anymore) and they ignore
my arguments.
Give me legal access to their system and I will mess the vote up.
(See attached Photo)
I plastered this photo everywhere, and just succeeded in wasting all
my bandwidth. nobody cares apparently.
My 3rd letter:
Hello Michael,
(snip for brevity)
A bunch of folks probably looking for my jpg (it was a PDF) anyway, it's irrelevent. Look at it this way, Every part of the system is vulnerable in one way or another.
Yeah at one point in time I was thinking a 286 and a printer could be used to PRINT a ballot for the Disabled. But I don't want ANY electronics anymore. PEOPLE could help the disabled voter manually--and they should help them.

I been attacked before.
http://66.102.7.104/sear...=us&ct=clnk&cd=1
neat huh.
the neat thing is that if you add a "1" to Hacked.jpg (Case sensitive) e.g. Hacked+1+.jpg (if you can't figure this out then tough)
the file is still there. It's been there all along.
I can't afford to directly link it anymore. (It's actually outdated, but it makes the point--none of these machines, components, networks, or data can be trusted.
I will watch the logs and if I see hell of bandwidth, the file will disappear again. (quick guess's won't find it next time)
If another attack comes I will CIDR the whole domain off.
The comments on the "ConservativeUnderground" don't address nothing of the dilema I presented. The treat it as a joke. Call me a Mole. And laugh it up.
My challenge is up.
Give me any legal access to any part of the system in that flowchart and I will destroy the system in less that one second.
What MOLE am I?!
DU, CU, and SOS all ignore the physics.
And yet the cost to our country is seen on a daily basis.
