Ney has not been informed that he is the subject of any investigation, according to his spokesman, and said he would cooperate with the probe.
Does that mean he's a target?
didn't Rove's lawyer say he wasn't a subject of an investigation as well.... hmmm, seems kind of funny that Ney's spokesman deemed it important to put that in the record. That stragety worked so well for Rove.
