ORLANDO, Fla. – Five counties received new touch-screen voting machines that weren’t certified for use in Florida because they were upgraded without approval from state officials, officials said.
The Diebold Election Systems machines were delivered in Volusia, Polk, Leon, Putnam and Glades counties with memory, processor, display and other improvements.

DELAND — A funny thing happened when Volusia County elections officials fired up their new touch-screen voting machines — they discovered the equipment wasn’t certified by the state.
Diebold Election System shipped upgraded models — 210 of them — not yet verified by the Florida Division of Elections.
How much higher can the mountain of evidence get to make the case that these guys should be put out of the election business and our democracy’s misery immediately and entirely?

We should stop blaming poor Diebold, ES&S, and Sequoia. It’s the dems fault.
The dems did not stop HAVA, Bush in ’00, and Bush in ’04. Where the hell were they?
The republicans, greens, libertarians, and independents stopped Bush. It is about time everyone knew this.
What have we come to? The dems are just faking it by telling us that they are the minority party in congress, don’t have control of what happens in the white house, and can’t subpoena anyone for anything.
I think it is time for the dems to go public on this national secret that they are really the party of power in congress, the white house, and in the press, so that this ruse is over once and for all.
The republicans have been wonderful to go along with this dem ruse for so long. But enough is enough, it is time for the dems to face up.

It just seems like every day it goes from bad to worse for you poor folks south of the border.
You should take to the streets in your millions and protest this corrupt, greedy sick administration, the same way the Russian seniors did a while ago when Putin took away their free transportation passes.
The old folks were out there, bless ’em, with their signs etc, and if I remember correctly, it was during their winter also, but that didn’t deter them.
Guess Putin must have feared for his life as it didn’t take more than a few hours for him to recant and give the elderly their free passes back.

What NEVER ceases to amaze me, is how elected officials at the highest levels see what is happening, yet seem to be doing sweet f*** all about it..!! Don’t they care about their country at all, or worse still, what kind of country they will be handing down to their grandkids and to future generations.
