That AZ law is frightening. Is this law in the early stages? I assume it has not been passed yet.
It is unbelievable that they would be so brazen as to mandate hand recounts but then say the results of a hand audit cannot be used to affect the vote tally.
Shudder.

So if the hand count is one thing, and the machine count is another, of course, the machine count is right???! Machines are only as good as the data entered into them - GIGO -

Florida and Ohio enacted some anti-voter recount
and audit laws to the books too.
It is a brazen/naked display of hubris - "We can game election results via the electronic voting equipment,... no documentation for voting/balloting
has been created,... no ability to audit the results,..
the voter tabulations are stored in the electronic machines,... and that result is the only record,...
the final word to determine the victorious winner."
"We hi-jacked the election,.. erased all evidence,..
left no foot prints,... the ability to audit/analyze
the results are by design,.. nonexistent.
DON"T BE A SORE LOOSER -
JUST GET OVER IT AND LET"S MOVE ON !!!
Why is it Demo's hate America so much ?

I can't believe how they are blatantly making absurd laws to hold onto the corruption they've got. It's unbelievable. Keep posting stuff like this. Otherwise we'd never know about it, and that's how it happened in the first place.

The increasingly certain method for detecting election fraud is going to come from exit poll science:
"Exit polling is a well-developed science, informed by half a century of experience and continually improving methodology" (link here, page 7, bold added. See also Polling and presidential Election Coverage, Lavrakas, Paul J, and Holley, Jack K., eds., Newbury Park, CA: Sage; pp. 83-99).
It is the number one weapon against fraudulent elections. But as with most fraud, the strength and the weakness in all systems is in the people of the system.
We know that "Edison/Mitofsky samples voters for a nationwide exit poll as well as for each state's exit poll" (ibid).
We know then, where the attack to establish the coverup will come from. We can expect a major movement to corrupt Edison/Mitofsky from the inside.
Lets take a look around and check them out.

More breaking news on BBV - during inspection of Diebold TSx machines (with a 2nd courageous election official, to be revealed), a potentially "catastrophic" security hole--actually multiple vulnerabilities--was discovered.
Apparently just 60 seconds of access is sufficient to allow someone to carry out malicious exploits over the lifetime of the machine.
