This, from my CLOWN-GOD of POLITICAL SATIRE, made me SQUEE and grab my fella by the lapels (yes, he wears lapels) and practically baby-shake him with pure joy and relief of national coverage for our cause celeb.
I have a recuring dream about Stephen Colbert visiting me as an Angel of the Lord. He gives me the sweetest forehead kisses, and is rapt by my every word.
I just know he’s listening to us, somehow…
And after you ram through a voter ID law, close the DMV offices in Democratic districts and extend the hours in Republican ones.
