Moses and Claudias I had speech impediments. Bush meant "we will have a all-volunteer army" but must have also been thinking "we will not have a draft." We know what he means and what Congress voted down.

This draft business is just to scare young folks into voting for Kerry. It may work! This is one of the lies from the Dems that really ticks me off.

Perhaps if Bush hadn't lied to America on just about every issue since 9/11 I might also be enraged with you. Since he has, I'd say the chances he'll find that order 'on someone else's desk' somewhat probable.
