That's the bad news. But in good news, according to AP, we brought this little terrorist insurgent bastard to justice!

Iraqi boy Hussam Achmed, 9, cries in the emergency room in the hospital in Fallujah, outside Baghdad, Iraq, Saturday, Oct. 16, 2004 while being treated from gun shots to his leg. According to hospital sources, Hussam and four other family members where injured after an improvised bomb detonated in the suburbs of Fallujah and US troops started firing randomly.
