It's time to end Diebold.....I want it BANKRUPT.
And then lets move right on to kicking ES&S out or closing it...ES&S is just as corrupt and Sequoia is already on the run and going down. ES*S must share Diebold's fate.

Diebold deserves to go down the tubes, but the election damage the company has caused is pointing us in the direction we must take...forming a new party.
Judging from the way the Democrats are "opposing" the repugs, I don't believe they would be governing any differently. Just look at Hilliary, Byrd, Rockerfellar, Lieberman and the rest of the jerks in the Senate, they're all from the same deck of cards.

Lou,
While that may be true our only alternative right now is to kick them out of the primaries until runoff voting is forced through so we can have a third party.
States must pass their own resolution on runoff voting as well as impeachment, there's alot of facts regarding the process I've already been studying.
Meanwhile, you have to work hard to kick them out of their primaries while Diebold goes down...And make sure Diebold goes down because they are criminal vote stealers.....ALWAYS FOLLOW THROUGH UNTIL ITS DEMISE(just like we did with Tom Delay)and then go forward.
Here's Lieberman's opponent: Ned Lamont
Work to make sure hes out of office now that CT is all paper ballots.
Here's Maria Cantwell's opponent: Mark for Senate
Do everything you can to just fire them, and have them permanently replaced in the primaries. Then do the same thing with the R senators which is far more filled with corruption (vote in their primaries as well)

AccuPoll didn't have funding and had junk equipment. Diebold has alot of money and is going belly up.
It doesn't matter who makes the voting equipment, if its a sham or rigged etc. That's why we ARE going to force all voting machines to simply end.

The period covered by this earnings disaster is the fourth quarter. Yet the lawsuits against Diebold weren't announced until mid-December, so little or no legal expense should be included there. And it doesn't cost anything to have your C.E.O. resign, or to fail a test in Florida. None of the bad stuff that happened in December directly impacts earnings.
Where did the drop come from, then? Cancelled orders? Cost of a p.r. campaign to protect its reputation? Payoffs to certain people for legislative protection? Whatever, I assume the plaintiff's lawyers in the class-action suits will be interested.
