Whether the money was paid back or not is an interesting question.
What would be even more interesting is knowing what the hell the guy was doing in Boca Raton in the first place. It's not exactly within commuting distance of Venezuela. People from Venezuela don't go there on vacation very often, people taking vacation trips don't have somebody else pay the bill, then reimburse him.

Thanks. That link is quite revealing. I am glad the BBV is holding the Secretary of State to the law. I do not know why officials sworn to uphold the law so openly violate it.

I was quick to wonder what Jeb and the Gang could have had to do with it.

Will somebody please ask Mitch Stroller of Smartmatic one simple, unambiguous question?
"What reason did Smartmatic have for putting up money for a Venezuelan to visit Boca Raton in the first place?"
Whether or not Smartmatic can prove they were reimbursed, or even if they were, is really not the point. Private companies don't routinely advance money so that tourists from another continent can visit Boca Raton, Florida. But Smartmatic did. Why?
Even Inspector Clouseau could figure out that something's wrong here. Maybe we could get him on the "phin" and ask him to investigate.

Anyone questioning the American election system could find themselves on the FBI terrorist list (link here).
No thanks neoCons for your fascist "Patriot Act".
