You know there's a lot of this going around. So many people apparently completely oblivious to the hypocritical nonsense of their opinions and utterances. The complete denial of the 180 degree opposition of their words either to their very next words or to their actions.
Republicans get their undies all in a bunch when the Dems threaten(sensibly and justifiably) to do something about the unprecedented Republican misuse of the filibuster. The Dems then act like what is going on is NOT going on by doing nothing. Then when the Repubs filibuster again, immediately, which any fool could have predicted they would, they deny that they are doing EXACTLY what they're doing by renaming it. Which side is more insane here? I can't pick.
On the other side of the insanity aisle, Obama talks big about transparency, the urgent need of action on climate change, and the need for fair trade practices. In the next breath he continues to deny Congress and the rest of us information on the illegal/unConstitutional drone program, seems ready to go ahead with the fucking pipeline, and works hard promoting the TPP.
Seems like they have become joined at the hip in their Humpty-Dumptyness.
Both sides have fully embraced the idea that their words mean only what they happen to chose them to mean.
I hate these guys.
I know that love is the answer, but I hate the way they've all fucked with the simple meanings of words. It's almost all just lies and shit from both "sides" now.

That's okay: The Coneheads keep talking and they will keep shocking and alienating the rest of us and we'll keep voting for the Democrats.

Wonder if the good masters in the good old days who slipped into slave quarters late at night thought that qualified for equal opportunity.

The intractable racism bothers me. What bothers me almost as much is that there are tolerant people in the Republican Party, but they condone the racism of a loud and militant minority. I guess the real problem is that the majority is too afraid of the minority to stand up to them, or worse, don't care.

The word "racist" has been used for the last 60 years in a program of genocide targeting Whites across the world (Europe, US, Australia, Canada, etc.). This program is not being carried by out gas, or bullets, or hunger; instead it's being carried out by forcing White countries, communities, and institutions to take in millions of non-Whites from the "developing world," along with national minorities, and force integrating and force assimilating with them. Non-White countries like S. Korea, Kuwait, or Israel are not required to force blend themselves out of existence. ONLY White people are required to do this. Along with the demographic dynamic I described, an information campaign is being waged that frames White people as inherently evil and "oppressive." This is intended to weaken the resolve of Whites and make our destruction easier. There are people who claim to be "anti-racist," what they are is anti-White. Anti-racist is a code word for anti-White.

One of the hallmarks of racists is their own lack of insight into their own racism. It was exemplified in The Help when Hilly Hollbrook (portrayed by Bryce Dallas Howard), after seeing that Skeeter Phelan (Emma Stone) has a copy of Mississippi’s Jim Crow segregation laws in her possession. She warns Skeeter that she could get into trouble for having that because: “There are some real racists in this town.”
Apparently, despite the fact that she was the principle advocate of separate toilets for the “colored” help, Hilly did not see herself as a “real racist.”
Scott Terry’s belief that Frederick Douglass should have been grateful for those who held him in bondage because they fed and housed him is appallingly racist. Yet he doesn’t see it.
The intriguing feature is that impoverished whites who make up the bulk of the duped ‘Tea Party’ followers do not so much as comprehend how the billionaire class (think Koch brothers) who fund and control the ‘Tea Party’ exploit racism in order to create and maintain a two-tiered, feudal like system of corporate masters and worker serfs. So long as they are busy looking down on another class of individuals who are worse off than they are (African-Americans, Native Americans, Hispanic immigrants), the white worker serfs will not see the true source of economic injustice that is the true source of their distress.
Is it a coincidence that Romney prevailed in each the ten most impoverished states, NC, AL, KY, SC, MT, LA, WV, TN, AR, and MS?

Ernest Canning...Well said.. Some people live in a bubble and only see or hear the talking heads that are dividing our country. They only change when something effects them. Ref: Sen Portman and his flip flop on gays. I have had friends that railed against lawsuits until they got hurt and then turn around and sue.
Had a friend made $83,000 and had $650,000 in credits toward any future taxes. Good republican constantly railing against democrats. He had two lawsuits going when he died.
When I went to Texas for basic training I saw a lot of signs whites only and colored only. I guess some people would say that the colored got special treatment as they got their own restroom.

We Are All One
The purpose of sacred work is power. When I tell you you’re the black wolf, you look within yourself and you know that you truly are. When you understand the powers of the black wolf, you too will have those powers. All the medicines are good and have power. Your people have this thing that says, “I’m not a snake. I’m not a squirrel. I’m something important.” They separate, and that’s their tragedy.
Agnes Whistling Elk, Medicine Woman
Now, after calling me famillia to wish them all a Happy St. Patty's...I did hear from my lawyer brother that the story flying under the radar last week was that a Judge in Fran Francisco ruled that parts of the patriot act (a coward's deal) are unconstitutional!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If i remember right, history is the story of the winners, not the losers. The loser is always the bad guy. But how can the bad guy be your brother.
Deamonizatian, creation of hate, are necessary for warfare, not for nation building. And they are part of the american story. If not for many heroic southerners, we would not have made it past the revolutionary war. Or the War of 1812. Shucks even the seperation was a copycat of the whiskey rebellion. So their ideas should not be deamonized.
Yes racism needs a look, but from both ways. The white guy isn't always the bad guy. I've had friends in the different racial groups, in all the religions, including wiccan, and I thought it was the diversity of ideas that made us, not the oppisite, the closed mind, the frightened mind.

Funny how you consider it "racism" when whites, as you claim, are being "forcibly" integrated with minorities. Yet, prior to the civil war, when whites "forcibly" integrated blacks into white society as slaves, that was ok. Second, what makes you think ANY minority would want to live next to you!? I'm white and I wouldn't want to live within 50 miles of you.
"Non-White countries like S. Korea, Kuwait, or Israel are not required to force blend themselves out of existence." Seriously? "Blend" out of existence? You're free to move to any of those countries you wish. I'll even front you the air fare.

But I will state that jews living in Isreal aren't the problem, but like our own country, our out of control government and corporate state combining is. Jus like back before ww2 with the Germans and Bushes and others who did get prosecuted
