   McCain complained about Obama’s “Lack of Experience.” And then, for veep he chooses someone who has less experience with all the parameters needed to BE veep than an unwashed newborn kitten. He is obviously counting on the Rove theft machine. I sincerely hope something can be done about that.

   Seriously though, Obama needs to fight fire with fire, imho. There are things about McCain some of his good, church-going supporters may not know, since the media’s been so kind to him. Do they even know that this man called his wife a c#*t in public? That still shocks ME! Obama could & should point these things out, forcefully, delicately & repeatedly.

   “Obama: “If I gave my wife John McCain’s kind of backtalk, she’d run me out of the house!”

   Do they know that this man calling Obama an elitist is walking around in $500 shoes and reportedly has eight homes? I think that level of hypocrisy would resonate with people. I think they’re smart enough to ask “How can this man possibly understand people’s everyday concerns? Or the practical reality of what we pay for gas & food and how much our kids’ college tuition is?”

   I spoke to a guy yesterday who was shocked to hear about the c**t incident. He was 60 & had never voted. I told him God knows I understand why, & maybe it won’t make a damn bit of difference & all our votes will end up in a dumpster, but what could it hurt? I tried. Not sure I convinced him.

   And Palin. Sweet Jesus. Insulting, dishonest, dangerous…take your pick. It truly boggles the mind. God DAMN I am long-winded.

    Why, why, WHY are you going partisan?

    Everybody’s on Obama’s bandwagon. It doesn’t need any more warm bodies.

    I kind of agree with Dave.

    This is a great site on voting issues. Partisan sites are a dime a dozen, this site always stands out for being relatively non-partisan while covering the most important topic (voting).

    Anyway keep up the great work in general.

    The baby is cute in any case. 🙂
