The REPUBLICAN polling firm, Rasmussen released their latest numbers today from their daily tracking poll. Bush has a 1 point lead over Kerry. 1 point. With Bush at 47% and Kerry at 46%.
Rasmussen has had Bush out in front of Kerry for months, even while most polls showed Kerry ahead of Bush. So if they are now showing just a 1 point lead for Bush, well, feel free to extrapolate.
It’s not clear whether those numbers are “Likely Voters” or “Registered Voters”, but in general, the polling of “Likely Voters” has shown better numbers for Kerry than do the polls of “Registered Voters”. So extrapolate again.
The race is still Kerry’s to lose. Which, in case you’re reading this John Kerry, doesn’t mean you should keep trying to lose!!!
UPDATE: The numbers from ALL of the latest state polls indicate that Kerry leads Bush in the electoral count still: 273 to 233 (with 270 being the number needed to win).

Paul,
Let’s talk about Serbia. i did not support the war, however, to compare the mass graves in Serbia with WMD in Iraq is simply false for several reasons.
First, and i am not sure how you can be unaware of this, mass graves were found in Kosovo. Mass graves were found in Kacanik, Krusa, Riban Vogel, Hallaq, Cara Luka and Koronica. among other places. Witnesses (confirmed by forensic evidence) suggest the Serbs unearthed several mass graves and either burned the bodies or transported them back to Serbia for mass burial. After the ouster of Milosevic, by the Serbian people, mass graves were disclosed near a Belgrade police training camp containing the bodies of several hundred ethnic Kosovars.
Regime change came to Serbia through the action of the Serb people in a velvet revolution. He was defeated in a national election but refused to turn over power and was ousted. Perhaps before uttering your gibberish, you should get a few facts under your belt.
On the other hand, by the eve of the invasion of iraq it was clear to anyone paying scrupulous attention that iraq was almost wholly disarmed. Clinton started a war with a regime that was actually committing atrocities; Bush’s war was with a regime that had basically capitulated.
i love it when you right wingers make this claim about Clinton refusing to take custody of bin Laden. This story originates with Mansoor Ijaz who claims to have attempted to broker a deal. here is the problem: bin Laden was never offered to the US, he was offered to the Saud’s. They refused to take him in spite of the pressure the Administration put on them.
And as for the terrorist training camps, when Clinton bombed a couple in Afghanistan in 1998 the republicans accused him of "wag the dog".
Now reach back intro your colon and pull out some more of your lovely horsecrap.
Proven Clinton liar Mansoor Ijaz now has a cushy job with Fox News. But, being proved a liar is part of it’s "fair and balanced" mentality.
I hear they’re working on the Ijaz and Chalabi show.
