That infers (to me) someone stupid is using electronics and software.
IF that be the case then the whole commission is unconstitutional, since electronics can not be validated, and therefore, if you can not validate my vote, then you have lost my vote, and if you have lost my vote, you have denied my constitutional right to vote.
Every one of them should go to jail, unless they are talking about a “Certification Program” for paper ballots, hand counted by the PUBLIC!!!!!!!!!
