There is a shortlist, obviously, because the successful prosecution of the lawsuit against the manufacturers of the electronic voting machines will probably be dependent in no small part on the testimony of those whistleblowers. Their names, therefore, must remain anonymous until after their testimony. In most lawsuits of this nature whistleblowers need to have assurances of anonymity before they will agree to testify...repercussions against them and/or their families are not uncommon. Remember Norma Rae?
