Milwaukee officials are counting every ballot by hand in order to find out how many ballots were really cast in Tuesday's election. They presently report 35,000 more ballots counted than cast. There is presently no plan to count any races. / The gentleman who "certifies" voting systems for the state of Colorado had to admit in court documents that he is not an 'expert'.
