Last night on MSNBC the question arose as to whether there is a double standard in regard to coverage of Mrs. Clinton and the gentleman from New York. Well, the "deplorables" statement was heavily criticized by the self-styled "mainstream" press which--surprise, surprise--failed to provide context and to show that her statement was essentially correct, if one cares to look at the polls of what his supporters believe in regard to those who do not look like them. Now I understand what Jesus meant when he said, "Ye blind guides, which strain at a gnat, and swallow a camel." (Matthew 23:24, KJV)

This election is as complex as it is stupid, and we’re definitely talking stupid here. For me, there really isn’t any way to figure out exactly what’s going on in a Trump voter’s head. It’s sort of amusing to see the Republican leadership can’t figure it out either.
Bernie Sanders didn’t just prove he could actually raise enough money without corporate donations to win the presidency, he proved that if you give people somebody they like, to vote for, they will come. If he had been given a fair chance by the media, I don’t think he could have lost.
At this point, Hillary may be right in going for the establishment vote from both parties because (1)- even if she had an epiphany recovering at home this week, nobody’s going to take her seriously as a progressive candidate and (2)- getting the establishment vote is arguably the way elections work these days anyway.
Longtime – cute name – pundit Cokie Roberts said something pretty startling on NPR’s “Morning Edition” after Hillary’s stumbling incident. She said there were whispers within the party of “having her step aside and finding another candidate.” It was what she said after that, which got my hackles up so early in the morning and, apparently caused a lot of listeners to respond:
A ‘Whisper’ Of News Creates A Commentary Brouhaha
In response to host David Greene, Roberts added, “I think it’s unlikely to be a real thing. I’m sure it’s an overreaction of an already skittish party.” She named Vice President Joe Biden as the candidate “everybody” is looking to as a replacement, again, with no indication of who “everybody” is, except by implication that they are party members of unknown rank.
This subsequent discussion starts out saying:
Many listeners (and political commentators, too) have expressed concerns…
I’ll just damn bet you, a great many of those “listener concerns” were over why NPR is ignoring Bernie Sanders as the obvious replacement for Hillary in a serious illness situation. He wasn’t mentioned in this follow up NPR article either.

I'd like to take this moment to remind you delusional utopian motherfuckers.
Threatening people like Hillary just did en mass (even though you fucking retards refuse to see it that way), is how civil wars start. You will note my lack of being "PC" which is also now dead along with the fraud called the Democratic party.
Go ahead, amplify your message on TV and keep saying there's people that got your back.
SURE we do.

Quick point. You are free to personally attack me in comments, but not other commenters, as per our very few rules for commenting at The BRAD BLOG. You didn't mention anyone specifically in your silly comment, so I'll let it skate for now, and hope you'll just consider this a friendly warning.
As to your claim about Clinton "threatening people", you'll need to cite where that happened with a link please. Thanks. Otherwise, you would be posting knowing disinformation, which is also a violation of our rules. So, please consider this a second warning, short of your citing this threat you are claiming.
You will note my lack of being "PC" which is also now dead along with the fraud called the Democratic party.
You will note that nobody here gives a shit about your manly lack of "PC". But we do care about facts and following simple rules. So, please see to both, since your record in other comments here suggests you are very short in that department, among others.
Go ahead, amplify your message on TV and keep saying there's people that got your back.
SURE we do.
No clue what you're talking about there. But I suspect you don't either.
