"If she gets to pick her judges, nothing you can do folks. Although the Second Amendment people, maybe there is."
On today's BradCast, a few words on why Donald Trump's remarks about 'Second Amendment people' is more disturbing than he or the RNC or the NRA or Fox 'News' or actual voter fraud criminal Ann Coulter would like you to think.
Also today, three Republican appointed federal judges restore Wisconsin's unlawful Photo ID voting restriction (for now), a federal court in Texas officially restores the right to vote this November to 600k legal, already-registered voters, and I take a whole bunch of listener calls on all of the above.
Plus, Desi Doyen joins us for the latest Green News Report, with several stories that sound more like science fiction horror films than reality. Sadly, however, all of those stories --- including a plan to release genetically-modified mosquitoes to fight Zika in Florida --- are all too real...

Hi Desi & Brad,
I see that you hear the word “GMO” and you jump to a horrified conclusion. GMO stands for “genetically modified organism.” You (Brand & Desi) need to look closer. Ask the right questions. Get a biochemist to interview who understands genetic modification. Adding a gene from another organism is different from removing a gene from a mosquito egg or sperm.
First of all, there is a difference between plants to be eaten by animals or humans, and mosquitoes.
Simply follow the money and the jobs. See what percentage of the cash flow is going to American workers in both cases: making and spraying tons of insecticides, or releasing millions of mosquitoes.
Do your homework Desi and Brad. Seek the truth. Ask questions. Find a prophet who can explain it to you. This question is related to our economy.
The question of whether the speech is likely to incite is a thorny one, though it is certainly not insurmountable. Just ask the right-wing, racist, former shock jock (and one time FBI informant) Hal Turner. Turner was convicted of incitement after he responded to a decision by three federal judges, who upheld Chicago's handgun ban, by posting the judges' photos and work addresses, adding: "Let me be the first to say this plainly: These judges deserve to be killed."
Trump's remarks, while more ambiguous, reflect a subtle incitement amidst a dehumanizing atmosphere that included a despicable photo posted by the Riverside GOP of a hangman holding a noose with the caption "I'm Ready for Hillary."
