Brad, why do you always seem so exceptional for simply calling out the obvious?! The national media snoozes through another "defense" appropriations bill, and nary a TeaBagger to be found! We sure as hell can't afford to actually help people with our tax dollars, but we sure can bomb us some A-rabs and Muslims half way around the world who never did anything to us and never could, all in the name of "defense". I guess that's just Patriotic and Good, while helping people is Socialist and Bad. The irony that this happens right before CHRISTmas sends me into paroxysms of apoplexy. Oh well, I have to go now...Jesus wants me to indoctrinate my child in the ways of consumerism at the mall. Or is that Santa?

Thank you and other writers for your outstanding work of bringing many important obvious TRUTHs to light..light that coincidentally as a general rule, completely escapes the entire US MASS MEDIA PRIVATE CORPORATE machine.
