   The New Hampshire telephone jamming coordinator for the bu$$h/rove White House, Tolman was acquitted upon appeal to the federal courts. Yet Tolman had a number of phone calls recorded on his cell phone (to rove or mehlman???) to the White House just when the jamming of the Demo phone lines started and then abruptly stopped.

   CONCORD, N.H. — A federal appeals court on Wednesday reversed the conviction and sentence of a former Republican National Committee official accused in a phone-jamming plot on Election Day 2002.

   James Tobin, the former regional chairman of President Bush’s re-election campaign, was convicted in 2005 of helping to arrange more than 800 hang-up calls that jammed get-out-the-vote phone lines set up by the state Democratic Party and the Manchester firefighters’ union for about an hour.

   Regarding the number of solders (US only) killed in Iraq, the real number is estimated to be in the 33,000+ range, estimated by reliable Russian sources, as well as a reliable source at the Baghdad University; the “official” count of 3,300+ is a total joke.

   Yesterday I discussed the case and the three judges who rendered the opinion, pointing out that it was reversed for a new trial.

   He was not acquitted of all charges in the court’s opinion.
