Ciber sounds like its been paid off….
That’s why these examiners need to appear under oath.

The gerrymandering case got thru oral argument in the Supreme Court, and it looks like some of the deeds of Tom DeLay will be chastened (link here).
Just remember justices like Scalia can be impeached….and the good news is Delay’s redistricting map will probably be reduced.
