Perhaps the best "New Rules" segment I've seen yet on Bill Maher's show. He knocks it out of the park, frankly. Don't miss this one.

Hi Bradblog. I watched a clip on the net. I laughed my butt off. This guy is cruelly true and funny. He rocks.
I give him a few months to get fired.
He said fuck, too.

What in the WORLD happened exactly, the ultimate coverup???
Hello hello.....the lid is blowing off!!!

Also interesting to note.....Karl Rove is sputtering around like an idiot, he claims Cindy Sheehan and the Anti-War movement are "clowns" and that they have not one serious congressman backing them.

Would this sad fatass be saying such things, from the comfy luxury of prison? And all those lies, all that spinning...it must be tough on the kidney stones to be a known traitor!!!!

This is a great blog from
Below Ground Zero Andrea Garland, Resident of the Bywater, 9th Ward, New Orleans.
She's been trying to get access to her own house which is now on dry land. The troops won't let her or others in to clean their property.
Lots of information of interest.

Maher is irreverant, and I love him to his core.
Now, if we could only get everybody to follow the rules.

Cindy Sheehan Is A Clown. (Can you believe the nincomPOOP said that?)
There Is No Real Anti-War Movement... !!!!!! Haha!!!

World Tenacious #2 - when you make your links, try to keep them short. For instance - your link to Huffington Post can just show: www.huffingtonpost.com.
BECAUSE it stretches the page width.
Thanks!

Once a million marchers crowd D.C. and his personal office, he will be out on his fat-incompetent belly talking about how bad the anti-war movement is.
His tune will change from they are all "clowns", to him being a clown himself. And of course a traitor, a stooge, and a loser Donald Sargetti lying wannabe.
Nothing Karl Rove has ever done is smart. He's just too stupid, and calculated to get caught. That's why he took over and bought the media. Manipulation. Money. Lies.

Democrats in Congress will introduce a bill this week creating a massive new federal agency to coordinate relief operations for, and provide emergency services to, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
The new Federal Emergency Management Management Agency (FEMMA) will have an operating budget of $700 billion annually and employ 55,000 people, most of whom were passed over for jobs with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA).
"The disastrous mismanagement of relief operations in the wake of Hurricane Katrina made clear the need for federal government coordination of the federal government's coordination of disaster relief," said Sen. Hillary Clinton, a co-sponsor of the legislation. "If FEMMA had already existed, we could have sent a helicopter in there and rescued FEMA Director Mike Brown in the first couple of days, before he got in over his head."

We watch Bill's show every Friday cuz it's so good! The truth thru humor!! He interviewed this guy from Fox News(?) on WHY we are in Iraq, supposedly justifying our invasion and "spreading democracy". (gw is "spreading" something else to americans!) Supposedly gw wants to rid the world of tyrants (does that mean that he will rid himself since HE is the biggest tyrant of all!). I have listed Freedom House 8 worst regimes of repression of civil liberties and political rights: Gen Shwe - Burma, Castro - Cuba, Qaddafi - Libya, Jong - N. Korea, Faziz - Saudi Arabia, Bashir - Syria, and Niyazor - Turkmenistan. I'm betting gw is setting the stage for another invasion - Saudi Arabia - since he can rationalize "democracy" but we really know it is OIL. You don't hear him sqeaking about the other tyrants, other than Jong for his nukes. If there are ANY more invasions, it should be done by the UN, not one crazy bastard flying off half-cocked. gw should not be allowed to do what he did in Iraq!!!

Mugzi: Bushco may be planning to get rid of Hugo Chavez. The US gets 1/3 of our oil from Venezuela. Hugo Chavez said yesterday on Nightline that Buchco has plans (Op Balboa) to overthrow him.
He is a democratically elected President who uses oil revenue to raise his people from poverty.
Most importantly, he may start to sell oil to China.
Ironic, huh?

Five days to go??
People need to start making noise about the protests now.. and really focus people's attention on it.
All the left-wing, centrist, anti-war blogs need to say the same thing in harmony and really make noise over the next few days... at least for the protest to be a success.
Peace!!

As soon as US troops are out of Iraq (or maybe sooner) watch the demonization of Hugo Chavez ramp up. Start monitoring Venezuela in the US media ongoing from now and you can be in on the plot to remove Chavez right from the beginning. Chavez is a democratically elected leader who is governing with vision, generosity and compassion. All qualities sadly lacking in US politicians.
