He certainly looked wigged out. I can't compare this with previous performances, as I don't watch TV.

I noticed two things in particular- one, the extreme forehead creases when talking about certain issues-- he did this at least 14 times. Best I could figure was that this had to do with things that especially stressed him, or maybe when he was pissed off or lying.

First time- "I'm looking forward to my speech tomorrow.."

There are a couple of long episodes there the creases continue to stick around--"On the security front we'll defeat the terrorists"; When talking about his guys going out to talk to Sheenhan; and finally, when he is answering the first question about Sheehan.

Second, what a "tell" when he was saying Cindy Sheehan had every right to express her view, but was shaking his head "no, no" at the same time. I believe the gestures, not the words....

Any one out there who knows more about gesture analysis?

Bush's mental instability is palatable, as the viewer observes Bush's overseer carefully and calculatingly anticipating Bush's delivery of his scripted response to reporter questions. Bush's "overseer's" body language as the cameras are rolling tells volumes about the tension the neocons are experiencing as pressure mounts from the public for the lies to end. Bush again becomes smooth as a serpent as the scripted Sheehan question is served up by the press for his practiced delivery. It is enough to make me puke just watching these sociopaths practice their "craft".
It is pure fantasy to think this piece of garbage and his band of criminals are going to go peaceably.

The Bushit administration reversed Clinton's Roadless Rule Law last July which protected 58 million acres of the last Western Wildlands for future generations. It was not a difficult decision to change the laws of forestry last December one month after claiming victory in the rigged presidential election. This made it possible for Bushit's oil, gas, and timber companies to go in and destroy these wildlands without even an impact statement to the public. Also reversed was an injuction protecting these lands from off road vehicles which severely destroys animal habitats. Developers build more housing tracts. People move into these last wild areas and don't take care of their garbage properly and this kills many animals including Grizzly Bears. Funny that he brings up our constitution, because no one President or administration has abused the constitution as much as this scum bag. Wow...I just got around to watching the video.

Bush does NOT look like a man who has been on vacation for several weeks. Besides the breathing and panting, he just looks TIRED and STRESSED. He may be smiling, but you can see in his eyes that it's getting to him.

Did anybody notice, he ended that with:

"...and I'll continue to meet with families."

He knows more American soldiers are going to die, and he just doesn't care. He says it so matter of factly, "I'll continue to meet with other families" as if its just a-okay...no biggie.

Also, does anybody else notice that nervous twitch he has when he knows he is fucked? I saw it in the debates against Kerry, and lately I've been seeing it very often. This president is on the ropes.

Bush met with Sheehan in the same sense that Tiger Woods meets spectators at golf tournaments.

He was the center of attention, not she. He called her "Mom," probably because he couldn't remember her name (or didn't bother to try). Sheehan described his conduct as if he were at a party.

Sorry if this sounds "foul-mouthed," but Bush has the sociopath's capacity for removing all feeling from his communication with others. I also think it's interesting that he often says the truth when he's most intent on lying ... case in point, "catapult the propaganda."

He isn't normal, that's for certain. Look at the contrast between his bodyguard's mien and his own.

The bodyguard looks composed, self-possessed, and intelligent. Bush looks manic by comparison. His forehead looks like a musical staff.

If someone had fallen into a coma ten years ago, and saw this photo first upon coming to, the first question asked would be, "Why is the president standing behind his bodyguard, and why is the bodyguard giving the speech?"
