Personally, I think he’s just completely out of touch with reality. Being President will do that to you. Being this President, presiding over his disastrous policies at a moment when he has to pull some kind of defense for them out of thin air in order to be re-upped will really do that to you.
None the less, a case is being made around Blogville that there’s something more at work here. The rumors have only been helped along by Bush himself who is refusing to take his annual physical this year for the first time in four years (usually he has it done in August). Add to that his miserable performances in the debates, his drooping lips, his drooling in last night’s debate and various out and out bizarre moments over the past several months, and there’s now talk of a stroke or pre-senile dementia.
This video compares the Dubya from 10 years ago to the Dubya today. There is a marked difference. You be the judge.
If they can waste your time by hoping to distract you with phony outrage about Mary Cheney being “outted” (Note to Fox News and other similarly “outraged” Fake Conservatives: you can’t “out” someone who is already out!) then I can waste your time with this.

My fiancee pointed this story out to me right after the first debate in some medical journal she saw at the doctor’s office. Very interesting.
As for the Mary Cheney story, it didn’t really bother me that he mentioned it, but I thought it distasteful, as did many others.
Troll,
Saying that Mary Cheney’s lesbianism was not chosen is distasteful? No. When the Maryland Republican running for senate from Illinois Alan Keyes, who has a gay daughter, referred to May Cheney’s as hedonistic because of her gender orientation, THAT was distasteful. Seeing a mention and defense of Mary Cheney as a lesbian from birth could only be an insult if Mary is ashamed of being a lesbian or had tried to somehow hide it. There are greater chances that she has more shame bearing her last name than her gender orientation.
On the other hand there does seem to be some neurological problem with Mr. Bush. In addition to the drooping of his face i am also wondering if they are juicing him like the apparently did to Reagan his last few years in office. Inmy opinion he looked a bit jittery.
I think he has rabies:

Oh, Scroll to the bottom of the page
You’re right, this is a waste of time. Interesting, but utterly unprovable.
